Taking down old existing water proofing treatment of any type including PCC padding, roughening existing surfaces of concrete, picking, sweeping and washing down with water and removing to debries from site complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) of uniform thickness 50mm , top surface of plain concrete padding shall be finished even & fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of Aluminum Paint over existing old APP sheet roof treatment after preparation of surfaces by cleaning genteelly dust to save the building from heat absorption, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The work over old APP sheet shall be carried out carefully to avoid any damage / puncture in sheet. In case of any damage the same shall be make good by contractor at his own cost to the entire satisfaction of GE.

M&L for Cement concrete tiles of size 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick and applying with grey cement and No pigment, machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, cut and polished fixing over and Including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

The overlap shall be minimum 100mm on transverse direction and 75 mm on longitudinal direction and sealing overlap by torch application including two coat of aluminium paint on the APP membrane sheet. NOTE:- The work shall be carried out through the authorised applicater of manufacturer of APP and shall be approved by the GE.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 Metre deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of SSR Part-I (2009) including filling of charcoal dust , common salt all around Earth plate upto 150mm, 20mm bore GI medium grade watering pipe, 15 mm bore light grade earth lead protection pipe upto main board, funnel with wiremesh, 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate reinforced with suitable handle and angle iron frame and necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil etc. complete all as specified and as directed including testing on completion.
