REPAIR/MAINT OF SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT, REPAIR/MAINTINCLUDING REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED ACBS AND MCCBS AND ALLIED WORKS AND REPAIR/MAINT AND SERVICING OF VARIOUS VOLTAGE STABLIZERS AND ALLIED WORKS IN TECH ASSETS AT AF STATION HASIMARA UNDER GE (AF)

Disconnecting all electric and water supply connections and other related items and lifting the unserviceable non clog Submersible motor and pump of capacity 7.5HP, 3 phase, 415 V, from sewage sump by mechanical/manual method and dismantling the column pipe line, shafts stage and keeping the same in safe custody for reuse including transportation of the defective pump set and motor from pump house to workshop for repair and back and lowering and re-installation the same on exisisting position after necessary repair including testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Cost of repair including testing shall also deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate.)

Dismantling the unserviceable parts and burnt out copper winding from pump and motor of capacity 7.5 HP, 3 phase, 415V, and rewinding the motor with supper enamelled copper wire of suitable gauge including heating, varnishing, replacement of defective spare parts, re-assembling and painting the motor with two coats of supper enamelled paint and carrying out necessary tests in presence of Engr-in-Charge at site, complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- (i) Spare/parts, copper winding wire shall be measured & paid seperately as 'supply only' under respective items. (ii) Labour charge for fixing parts shall deemed to be included in the unit rate.)

Supply only copper winding wire with supper enamelled copper wire of suitable gauge as per capacity/rating of motor, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the unserviceable parts from the non clog submersible pump of capacity 7.5 HP, 3 phase, 415 V including over hauling, servicing/cleaning throughly discharge/suction cases, impellers, shaft and re-assembling pump carefully including servicing , cleaning and painting the parts with two coats water proofing supper enamelled paint after preperation of surfaces manualy including repair/replacement of unservicable parts as required at site etc and re-assembling/re-installing the pump, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Spare/parts shall be measured & paid seperately as 'supply only'. (i) Labour charge for fixing parts shall deemed to be included in the unit rate.

M & L for machine work to the worn out portion of non clog submersible pump shaft of capacity 7.5 HP capacity including metalling, cutting, polishing and checking the accuracy on the lath machine, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the induction motor from sewage sump/STP taking out burnt out winding wire from the stator of induction motor upto 3 HP and 1450 RPM of any make and rewinding with super enameled copper wire of appropriate size and number of turns as per manufacturers specifications including heat varnishing and testing of 3 phase, 415/440 volt and refixing after repair, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Copper winding wire shall be measured & paid separately as 'supply only'. (ii) Labour charge for fixing parts and transport shall deemed to be included in the unit rate.

(ii) Re-assembling, lowering in sewage sump to its original place, testing and transport will be included in the unit quoted rate.

Supply only gun metal bush of vertical non-clog pump set upto 10 HP capacity, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repair/servicing of existing sluice valve of 100mm bore after dismantling of upper cover, remove the spindle and make it leak proof by replace the gland packing ,nut bolt with washer and gasket of both side, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repair/servicing of existing sluice valve of 150mm bore after dismantling of upper cover, remove the spindle and make it leak proof by replace the gland packing ,nut bolt with washer and gasket of both side, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out primary and secondary bio filters assembly complete for overhauling dismantling its components, replacing of gaskets, applying of grease to the steel balls, replacing of U/S steel ball, and re-assembling after completion of overhauling, complete all as specified and directed.

Bailing out the sludge/containminated water (organic or inorganic) including other foreign materials from sewage sumps of various sizes and depths as required by pumping with suitable pumping machinery and removing the same within 50m distance and disinfecting the area with sufficient quantity of bleaching powder and including removing and refixing of manhole covers as required, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Temporary barricade and providing sufficient bleaching powder shall deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate. (ii) Hiring charges and cost of fuel for sewage pump shall deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate. (iii) The operation shall be carried out once in every three months and every time shall be measured and paid saperately.

Taking out/bailing out the sludge/semi solid materials including other foreign materials from sewage sumps of various sizes and depths as required by pumping with suitable pumping machinery and taking out sludge/semi solid materials/any other foreign materials from septic tanks etc and removing the sludge within 50m distance and deposited in a pit to be excavated and disinfecting the area with sufficeint quantity of bleaching powder over the earth fill and covered with earth filling upto 30cm depth of pit including removing and refixing of manhole covers as required, complete all as specified and directed. (Note: (i) Excavation and earth work for pit, bamboo matting, temporary barricade of the pit and providing sufficient bleaching powder shall deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate. (ii) Hiring charges and cost of fuel for sewage pump shall deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate. (iii) The operation shall be carried out once in every three months and every time shall be measured and paid saperately.

Cleaning of area around E/M installation and store yard by scraping the grass and creepers from roof and spraying grass killing chemical with spray gun, as per manufacturer's instructions for prevention of weeds and grass at surrounding of STP & E/M installations, complete all as specified and directed. Note : The cleaning of E/M installations can be carried out twice at same location during the currency of contract, subject to minimum 4 months gap.

S&F PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, stranded copper conductor as in flat submersible water proof cable of size 6 Sqmm 3 core 1100 volts grade including taking down old unserviceable cable, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for testing and submit raw sewage water and treated water and submit the following test results:- (a) Samples to be taken from sewage pumping station Near Bala Ji Mandir, Near DSC accn, Near R S Ground, Near FWC & treated water from Main STP . (b) Submit all samples at the nearest Govt Test lab. The test for the following parameters has to be carried out:- (i) BOD (ii) COD (iii) Oil & Grease (iv) PH Value (v) TSS (vi) Feacel Colliform (vii) Residule chlorine (c) Submit the test report duly signed by appropriate Govt authority in every three month, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick burried directly in gorund (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr normal ground level) and top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised means of earth wire 4mm dia with bolts, nuts & check nuts, and washers of galvanised iron protection pipe light grade of 20mm bore and watering pipe GI medium grade of 20mm bore and filled with alternate layer of charcoal and common salt, watering funnel with wire mesh, earth pit chamber and cover CI frame PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR part-I (2009) connected to earthing test point all as specified and indicated including all earth work excavation, returning filling and disposal of surplus soil and testing on completion, including demolition of old unserviceable earthing of any description, complete all as specified and directed. Notes : Proper earthing pit should be provided with pit cover and cost of the same shall be deemed to be included unit quoted rate.

All as per item No 52.00 here-in- before but using GI earth strip 25 x 4mm as earth lead, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing boulders (75 to 200mm) complete from primary bio filter bed of dia 8.20m, depth of boulders bed 1.6m, cleaning the boulders using fresh water, cleaning bottom surface of the filter bed and re-filling the filter bed after cleaning boulders and removing the wastage/sediments out side defence land, complete all as specified and direccted.

Supply and lay boulders of size 75mm to 200mm in primary and secondary bio - filters, complete all as specified and directed.

Attending day to day fault/complaint by providing skilled tradesman for automatic operation of MAFI and other substation equipment (PLC, VCB & ACB) installed at MAFI PS I including replacement of damaged flexible copper wire 1.5 sqmm single core into flexible conduit, monitoring of proper DC supply from battery bank for healthiness of system, replacement of minor parts like pla relay as per site requirement of PLC panel and VCB for automatic operation, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Quoted rate shall deemed to be included the cost of minor parts & copper cable to be replaced/used in the item.)

Taking out top cover of stabilizer for replacing defective spares/ items, cleaning the dust by air blower, check the neutral and earthing connections properly to check all nuts, bolts tightining and refixing the same in existing position and reconnect all the incoming/ outgoing cables properly including testing and commissioning, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Replacement of defective spares for making the voltage stabilizer units in satisfactory working condition shall be measured & paid separately under relevant items as 'Supply only' (ii) Labour charges for taking out old spares & refixing of new spares shall deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate.
