M&L complete removal of existing water proofing treatment of roof, cleaning with wire brushes etc including demolition of Mud phuska in roofs, any thickness, including PCC/plastering and leeping/PCC padding and removal to outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate, as in roof padding, Gola, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick Screed/rendering on concrete surface of roof with cement mortar 1:4, finished even and fair including mixing of water proofing compound as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this Schedule).

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for Providing water proofing treatment with five layered 4mm thick APP (Atatic poly propylene) of weight 4.0 Kg/Sqm, modified bituminous membrane re-inforced with non woven polyester mat of weight 180 gms/Sqm as centre core and without multiple layers of polythene finished on top and bottom with 7 micron thick flammable polyethylene applied by thermo fusion using LPG torch on the bottom portion of the membrane over and including a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.25 kg / Sqm over roof and finishing the treatment with one coat of bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per Sqm and two coat of aluminium paint over APP membrane (An overlap of 100mm & 150mm shall be provided on sides & ends respectively) complete all as specified & as directed. Notes :-(i) Irrespective of lap the net covered area shall only be measured and paid. (ii) The quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of primer APP membrane. (iii) The quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of one coat of bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per Sqm & two coat of Aluminium paint over APP membrane.

Cutting grooves 75 mm wide & 65 mm deep in brick wall/ RCC surfaces at any location, shaping horizontal face with mechanical cutter and grooves filled with PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with chemical compound SUPER LATEX OR DR FIXIT OF PIDILITE INDUSTRIES LTD or SBR LATEX of STP LTD mixed with proportion 200 ml per 50 Kg cement as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L 40 mm thick brick tiles laid on 15mm thick cement mortar (1:6) and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with crude oil @ 5% by weight of cement including taking down old broken brick tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down 15 mm bore steel tubing including connection fixed in any position, including cleaning for refixing or removal from site complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 15mm bore galvanised steel GI water Tubes, 'Medium grade', with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only 15 mm bore steel tubing and connections any grade in new or old positions viz walls, ceiling, floors etc including provision of new GI fittings complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: -Pipes obtained form taking down shall be re-fixed after cleaning).

Taking down 20 mm bore steel tubing including connection fixed in any position, including cleaning for refixing or removal from site complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 20mm bore galvanised steel GI water Tubes, 'Medium grade', with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only 20 mm bore steel tubing and connections any grade in new or old positions viz walls, ceiling, floors etc including provision of new GI fittings complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: -Pipes obtained form taking down shall be re-fixed after cleaning).

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required, reconnecting and re-fixing in position after cleaning, repairing etc. capacity of tank exc 250 litre but not exc 500 litre including provision of new GI fitting, if any required for re-fixing the tank complete all as specified and as directed.

All as item 15.00 here in before but capacity of tank exc 500 litre & not exc 1000 litre complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 500 litre capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical, vertical with closed top), white in colour hoisted and fixed in position, including making necessary connections, including dismantling old water tanks complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for guniting of spelled/corroded reinforced cement concrete surface, on vertical surface, on vertical or overhead position, comprising of chipping of spelled and loose concrete; cleaning rust form reinforcement by sand blasting; scrubbing down concrete surface with wire brushes; cleaning with water; allowed to dry and applying a layer of zinc rich epoxy primer as anti rust on all exposed reinforcement followed by a layer of bonding coat of approved epoxy adhesive on complete exposed surfaces of concrete to be gunited; applying two layers of guniting over steel welded wire mesh having 4mm dia of wire and aperture 75mm, total thickness of gunite not exc 40mm thick (average thickness) in cement mortar 1:2 using OPC 53 grade weight cement duly mixed with polycrete admixture @2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction and finally applying cement plaster over gunite surface of required thickness to give even uniform and smooth finish conforming to proper geometrics in cement mortar (1:3) to match with the existing surface as in sides and soffits etc of slabs, chajjas, fins. fascias, parapets, lintels columns & beams etc with and including necessary scaffolding, shuttering, chases to brick work or RCC members etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L complete removal of existing water proofing treatment of roof, cleaning with wire brushes etc including removal of Plant, Roots, Vegetation etc and removal to outside MD land and applying two coat of liquid waterproofing compound as per manufacture instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L brick work with sub class B bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster/grit on brick or stone wall etc including racking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed

M & L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layers 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) following the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer with 15 mm thick cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 white cement: 1/2 coarse sand:2 coloured marble stone chipping 10mm nominal size) including using Colour pigment & marble powder as required in ground in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing the top layer with wire brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately under respective item of this Schedule)

M&L for forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 12 mm thick rendering using polymer modified ready-mix cement based mortar, Complying to IS-1661-1972, IS-2250-1965, IS2402-1963), applied in ratio 1:4 as per manufacturer’s instruction, on brick masonry or concrete surface, finished even and smooth Complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Ultratech/ Dr Fixit/Fosroc

Note for item No 25.00 here in before: - Before placing bulk order for procurement, contractor shall produce technical literature and product manual of material and get the manufacturer and material approved by the GE. Quoted rates against said item shall be deemed to have catered for such provision. The material procured and brought for incorporation shall strictly conform to technical literature and product manual on material approved and Engineer-In-Charge shall ensure its compliance during execution of work.

M&L for preparation of new wall surface and applying two coats of cement based paint on new plastered surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment from old decorated wall surface by scrapping by electrically operated grinder machine/electric regmal machine and applying one coat of cement based wall care putty, then scrubbing the surface with sand paper to prepare a even surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper of approved colour over and including one coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as directed.

M & L for preparing the old ceiling surface by washing down and rubbing and removing all loose layers of old treatment, efflorescence, soot and moss by wire brush and filling all nail holes and patches with cement based wall care putty and applying one or more coat of oil bound distemper on patches to bring the whole surface at par and applying one coat of oil bound distemper on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered wall surface and applying one coats of cement based paint complete all as specified and as directed

Note for Item No 1.00 to 29.00 - Site shall be handed over to as per availability and requirement / piece meal Contractor shall have no claim on this account, payment shall be made as per actual measurement of work done by the contractor
