   The Class-I/Class-II local supplier shall be required to provide along with the offer a self-certificate giving the percentage of local content of tendered item. The firms who do not submit this certificate with the offer, shall not be considered from a Class-l/Class-II bidder and will be dealt accordingly.

   Bidders must submit a certificate as per Para 126.6 of BLW Tender Document (Rev. Year-2022- 23). If such certificate given by a bidder whose bid is accepted is found to be false, this would be a ground for immediate termination and further legal action in accordance with law.
