Special repair to 35 KVA DG set including AMC at University of Jammu

Major repair of 35 kVA (Kirloskar) 3 phase DG Set by the way of Repair/ replacement of FIP Pump Nosel Repairing, Fuel Tank Cleaning, Radiator Cleaning, ALternator Repairing, Engine Overhuling in the workshop, Self Repairing, panel repair with PLC, Stoper and Wiring and any other spare require to make the DG set in working. The job also includes reinstallation Testing and commissioning under the supervision of Engineer and technician of the service provider, transportation charges from site to Workshop and back to site including crane charges. The Service provider/contractor is required to Comprehensively maintain the DG during the defect liability period of one year and shall be responsible for any major or minor repair or replacement of parts/spare as stated above.The cost is inclusive of T & P charges labour Charges, Contractor profit and overhead and all the taxes applicable.The contractor/bidders are advised to visit the site/workshop before quoting the Tender.

Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Contract(AMC) of Two Year for the following rating D.G Sets including two mandatory services after 500 hours of operation or after every six months in a year, whichever is earlier with all the consumable items repair and replacement of any part in the engine system, alternator system ,engine mounted panel system, exhaust system and starting system. The Job also include the preventing maintenance and breakdown maintenance of all the above stated system including the monthly check of all the consumable viz. fuel oil pipe, water coolant and to ensure that no leakage of consumables, repair and replacement of battery charging system and suitable rating of battery if and when required, routine check-up of air cleaners, oil level and top up with clean engines oil if required, clean air filter for dust or any other foreign material, drain out residual/consideration from air receiver tank, check the water/coolant temperature, check the fuel tank leakage and repair the same if any, repair of canopy/locks etc. Rectification of all minor faults in the D.G system within 24 hours and major faults in minimum possible time. Overhauling of Engine system, alternator system and starting system including the repair and the replacement of all parts in case of any minor or major breakdown within minimum possible time as and when required.
