Earth work excavation for foundation in all kinds of soils and sub soils to full depth as directed by the departmental officers except hard rock inclusive of shoring strutting and balling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of 15 cm thick well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth with in the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead of 10 meters and initial lift of 2 meters including cost of all labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification. SS 20B.

Cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (one cement four sand and eight aggregates) using 40 mm gauge machine broken granite stone jelly for foundation including de watering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed and consolidated etc complying with standard specification.

Random rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:5 mix (one part of cement and five part of sand) using new best rough and bond stones from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc complete complying with standard specifications

Supplying and erecting shuttering including necessary supports plain surfaces in foundation and basement in all floors for reinforcement cement concrete works such as pedestal bed blocks, staircase steps, RCC column, grade beams, plinth beam etc. using mild steel sheets of size 90x60 cm and B.G. 10 gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25x25x3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak country wood joists of size 10x6.5 cm spaced at about 90 cm center to center and supported with casurina props of 10 to 13 cm Ø spaced at 75 cm center to center at suitable intervals etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 (one part of cement five part of sand) using country bricks of size 8¾"x4¼"x2¾" including curing, cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etccomplete as per standard specification

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of Steel Reinforcement using Mild steel or ribbed tar steel rods, for all RCC works as per the design given by the departmental officers including cost of steel cutting, bending, placing in position and binding with binding wire and all labour charges for cutting, bending, tying and placing in position etc, complete. Reinforcement Cement concrete 1:1½:3 (one part of cement one and a half part of sand and three part of aggregates) using machine broken granite jelly of 20 mm size for all reinforced cement concrete works excluding cost of centering shuttering strutting and also cost of reinforcement grill in position but including laying vibrating with mechanical vibrators using finishing etc complete, as directed by the departmental officers etc complete complying with standard specification. Plastering walls with cement mortar 1:4 (one cement four sand) 12 mm thick including all cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc. complete as per standard specification.

Painting the new walls two coats over one coat of priming best cement paint of approved colour and quality including preparation of surface and finishing neatly etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the department officers

Drilling holes in hard granite 40mm dia including all other labour charges etc. complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and fixing of steel gate including all cost conveyance and labour charges etc.complete
