SEWAGE NETWORK LLDPE Sedimentation tank conventional designed to carry sewage and sullage water, with and including vent shaft, connection etc for 20 users complete all as per manufacturer instruction and as specified and directed. MAKE :- Sintex, plasto, SFMC, supreme.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION Point wiring complete for One light/Fan/Exhaust Fan point controlled by one switch with PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) ISI marked, multi-stranded copper conductor single core including ISI marked 20 mm dia PVC conduit medium grade concealed in wall and PVC conduit not less than 20 mm in roof / floor slab and ceiling, pressed GI concealed terminal boxes not less than 1.6 mm thick of required size and with top cover 3 mm thick of plastic laminated sheets of required colour complete, including 1.5 Sqmm PVC, FRLS cable insulated unsheathed copper earth wire to the common earth and connecting to earth dolly, including colour coding of cable shall be Phase-red, Neutral-black and Earth- green with all accessories complete all as specified and directed. SEWER COLLECTION SYSTEM Cast iron sluice valve of size 100 mm heavy duty both ends flanged class PN 1.6, ISI marked with high tensile brass spindle, cast iron hand operated wheel and cap top, nuts, bolts, washers including 3 mm thick rubber gasket joints etc complete all as specified and directed.

Construction of fly ash brick masonry valve pit chamber of size 900 mm X 900 mm X 900 mm (internal dimensions) including necessary excavation & earth work, 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 as in foundation, 230 mm thick fly ash brick work in cement mortar (1:4), 12 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on internal surface of valve pit and mild steel sheet cover of 6 mm thick and angle iron of size (50 x 50 x 6) mm frame around of valve pit, sheet welded on all four corners, locking arrangement with pad lock of size 50 mm brass, 6 leavers and in duplicate key (Make - Godrej ) or equivalent make as approved by GE complete including two coat of approved synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on prepared steel surface complete all as specified and directed.

Granular class-B type bed to DWC pipe including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid & tested with local sand complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, align & Install the precast, pre-channeled, pre-benched circular reinforced concrete manholes with S.F.R.C. cover (heavy duty, HD-20 grade designation) of size 1.0 M internal dia at bottom and 0.56 m dia at top and 0.8 M deep Type-I manhole conforming to I.S. 12592 and collector DWC inlet 150/200, DWC outlet 150/200 pipes & future pipes connecting over granular sub base as specified and shown on drawing no. STD/173, sheet no. 1/1. The manholes shall be precast with M-30 concrete grade building in with end caps where shown or necessary, including cost of all materials labours and T&P incl Providing orange colour safety foot rest of minimum 6mm thick plastic encapsulated as per IS :10910 on 12mm dia steel bar conforming to IS :1786 having minimum cross section as 23X25 mm and over all minimum length 263 mm and width as 165 mm with minimum 112 mm space protruded legs having 2mm tread on top surface by ribbing or chequering besides necessary and adequate anchoring projections on tail length on 138 mm and suitable to with stand the bend test and chemical resistance test as per specifications and having manufactures permanent identification marks to be visible even after fixing including fixing in manhole with 23x23x15 cm cement conctrete block 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded aggregate complete all as directed and specified. Actual payment shall be made based on actual depth provided at site for one meter depth or part thereof for each manhole. Tenderer should note this aspect while quoting rates against this item.

Note:- Various manholes of different depths are to be provided at site as per site requirement .The tenderer shall quote rates for per meter of depth beyond 0.8m.
