Repair to 02 Nos of 150HP Motor by way of complete rewinding along with repair of 400 KVA LT Control Panel and 400KVA AVR and other minor faults at 1000 LPM Oxygen Generation Plant at DH Reasi

Complete rewinding of 150 HP, 3 phase induction motor installed at DH Reasi by way of disengaging motor from compressor by using mechanical tools and manual labour and then dismantling of motor from its installed position after disconnecting the power supply of all three phases. Dismantling the motor by unfastening the foundation nuts and bolts and also decoupling from the compressor. Disassembling the motor at 1000LPM Plant DH Reasi. Lifting the motor out of the OGP with chain pulley block, manual labour with proper care to prevent any damage. Shifting the motor from DH Reasi to workshop with the help of tripod stand and manual labour and mechanical transport. Complete dismantling of the motor, extraction of rotor broken bearing. P/F of 2 Nos bearings. Extraction of damaged winding, wedges from the stator, cleaning of stator slot to remove the deposited carbon, dust etc with the help of air blower organic solvent/CCL4 .P/F of new winding wire of suitable gauge & size in the stator with same no. of turn/loop as per old sample along with p/f of new wedges and F-class insulation paper/ nomex paper .thereafter application of Dr.beeke compound on the winding by spray impregnation process and drying the same by in hot air circulation in process and subsequently checking its IR valve by megger. Repair to 400 KVA automatic voltage regulator at DH Reasi. The job involves disconnecting of the AVR from the main power supply (Incoming and Outgoing cables). Opening and removing of the panel, loosening /dismantling of the top cover, nut and bolts. Lifting of inside transformer assembly with the chain pulley block for extraction of the complete unit. Dismantling/Extraction of the damaged coil (complete leg 1 nos.) carbon bush holder (2no.)p/F of new carbon bush holder in place of worn out one. Rewinding of complete one no leg with P/F of new winding wire of suitable gauge & size. Providing and fitting of 2 no. Auto sensing controller card (digital card) in place of worn out one. pr Providing filling of 60litre t.oil to make up for the deficit. Reinstallation of the stabilizer frame with transformer assembly. Lowering of complete unit in tank after p/f of shock proof gasket and body with nuts/bolts by using specified tools and tackles . Complete job includes the cost of material, labour charges, hiring charges of tools & tackles, transportation charges from and to the site of DH Reasi, outstation charges if any etc . Complete Job is inclusive of all taxes

Repair to main controller panel of compressor no 1 along with other allied works of OGP at DH Reasi The job involves disconnecting the power supply and electrical connections by using skilled technician. The job includes replacement of damaged motor contactors by new (03No.)i.e main contactor, star contactor, and delta contactor of reputed make as per IS standards. The job also includes replacement of relay by new one of reputed make as per IS standards. The job replacement of damaged internal control wiring and bus bars, set of CTs, thimbles, complete main touch controller indicator, taping of all the components. The job also includes replacement of motor fan contactor along with over load relay, glass fuse .Making of Electrical connections and testing the panel on load. The job also includes checking and servicing of all the other panels of OGP installed at DH Reasi to make the OGP functional. Complete job includes cost of providing/ fitting, transportation charges, hire charges of tool and tackles charges, hire charges of skilled and unskilled labour, and all kinds of taxes thereof. complete job
