SCRAPPER FEEDER Relocating the dislocated chain links from idler wheels and main shaft sprocket, loosening the chain tension assembly, relocate the chain on main shaft sprocket, submersible idler wheels, Tension wheels & return side idler wheels, adjusting the chain tension and feeder put to service including consumables and T&P's.

SCRAPPER FEEDER Renewing the worn out Chains / Padless connectors/ Bolts/ Flight bars after cutting the existing padless connectors / bolts including consumables and T&P's.

SCRAPPER FEEDER Cutting and removing the elongated chain links in the scrapper feeder after cutting the connector bolts and reassembling the chain links and padless connectors including consumables and T&P's.

SCRAPPER FEEDER Dismantling the submerged Idler wheels, inspection of bearings, shafts, oil seals and replacement of bearings, shafts, oil seals if necessary and reassembling including consumables and T&P's.

SCRAPPER FEEDER Removing the 1 No of worn out chain tension adjustment assembly and erection of 1 No/old new chain tension adjustment assembly in SCF lifting the driven shaft assembly by jockey on both free end, arresting with proper supports. Removing and refixing the Plummer block and then assembling & aligning the driven shaft assembly after completion of 1 No chain tension adjustment assembly erection work including consumables and T&P's.

SCRAPPER FEEDER Dismantling the faulty Jacky rod and assembling new rod / spare rod retrieved from standby feeder by lifting the tension wheel assembly including consumables and T&P's.

SCRAPPER FEEDER Dismantling the existing worn out return side/ carrying side idler wheel and replacing the new / reconditioned wheel including consumables and T&P's.

SCRAPPER FEEDER Removing gear box top covers, cleaning the gear teeth, renewal of pinion shaft and topping & refilling oil including consumables and T&P's.

SCRAPPER FEEDER Filling the worn out portion of sprocket teeth with special welding electrode (Bronzoid) including dismantling ,refixing the drive chain and surface preparation consumables and T&P's.

SCRAPPER FEEDER Evacuation of settled ash and clinkers from the Boiler BAH by continuous poking and water jetting through BAH chute door and then separating the clinkers and disposing ash into the BAH trench by water jetting for feeder operation, including T&P's.

SCRAPPER FEEDER Disposing of collected ash continuously on both sides of BAH trench by using shovel separting clinker dissolving the ash by water jetting in to the trench, making path way for slurry flow from BAH trench by agitating the settled ash and water jetting including T&P's.

SCRAPPER FEEDER Removal and inspection of bearings main drive shaft assembly and take up shaft assembly, replacement of bearings if necessary and reassembling. Including consumables and T&P

SCRAPPER FEEDER Dismantling and refitting the flushing nozzles after cleaning the nozzles from debris for free flow of water around seal trough including consumables and T&P's.

SCRAPPER FEEDER Attending water leakage in the S.S. pipelines of the quenching and refractory cooling lines of seal trough, drain line, overflow line and trench flushing line including consumables and T&P's.

CLINKER GRINDER Pulling the clinker grinder from service position and back to service position after cutting the discharge length of feeder including consumables and T&P's.

CLINKER GRINDER Dismantling of bearing housing replacing the bearings after cleaning the bearing from rust and corrosion including consumables and T&P's.

CLINKER GRINDER Removing, refitting the roller gear for clinker grinder shaft including consumables and T&P's.

CLINKER GRINDER Dismantling and renewal of drive and driven sprocket including consumables and T&P's.

Charges for General fabrication and erection of steel structurals at ground level including consumables and T&P's.
