Design, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of solar PV based plant comprising each of Poly crystalline Solar Photo Voltaic Modules connected in series to form strings and various strings connected in parallel to form a array to generate DC power complete with solar inverter having built in MPPT's, all interconnecting solar copper DC cables with suitable connectors (module to module and upto array junction box and Inverter) in suitable size of PVC coated GI flexible conduits, seperate array junction box having suitable 1000 V, DC fuses, DC switch-disconnectors & required no. of surge protection devices , inlcuding providing 1.1 KV grade XLPE insualted , PVC inner sheathed, G.I strip armoured, PVC outer sheathed copper conductor cable between inverter and AC DB panel,termination with suitable glands and lugs etc. complete in all respects as per the detailed technical specification & instructions of EIC & of the following capacities: Note: a. The bunch of DC cables from different strings shall be laid suitabaly in liquid tight flexible PVC coated galvanised steel conduit between different grids of PV modules, from grid to array junction box & array junction box to invereter . b. The scope of work also includes providing lightning arresters as per design calculation. Strips from the arrester shall be connected with existing lightning protection system as instructed by EIC. c. Warranty certificate as per mentioned in Technical Bid shall be submitted during handing over of the system to department.
10kWp solar PV sytem to generate 10 KWp DC power with minimum 10kWp input rated solar inverter
20kWp solar PV sytem to generate 20 KWp DC power with minimum 20kWp input rated solar inverter
25kWp solar PV sytem to generate 25 KWp DC power with minimum 25kWp input rated solar inverter
PV Module mounting structure items:
Design, Fabrication, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of completely modular GI mounting structure on rooftop for base structure for PV panel mounting, fabricated with hot dip galvanised MS channel and angles of different sizes for module mounting/fixing complete in all respects as per tender specification & as instructed by EIC.
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Stainless steel (SS304) Bolts & nuts of appropriate size with spring type washers for mounting the Solar module on GI mounting structure to bear the loading of PV modules.
Supply, casting, installation of rectangular cement concrete blocks of suitable wieght & suitable dimension with 1:2:4 PCC for dead weight support for Solar PV array structure as per tender specification & as instructed by EIC.
AC Cabling works: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 1.1 KV grade Aluminium Stranded conductor , XLPE insualted , PVC inner sheathed, G.I strip armoured, PVC outer sheathed cable conforming to IS 7098 with latest amendments, fixed on wall/column/slab/ Hume pipe/trench/ shaft/pit/ on 5mm thick G.I. flat/angle support fixed with coach screws/grouted in wall/anchor fasteners, 2mm. thick G.I. fabricated saddle, all fixing accessories, etc. all as per specifications & as per instructions of the E-I-C.

AC cable termination works: End jointing of 4C x 25 sqmm armoured Aluminium conductor cables with supply of all jointing accessories material required like single compression type cable gland of brass, crimping type copper lugs/sockets , insulation tape, copper earthing, clamps, including earthing of glands etc. all as instructed by EIC.
AC Distribution Board: Fabrication, supply, installation,testing & commissioning of AC distribution boards (wall mounting type) having cable end box on either side of the box with the following components suitable for use at 415 V, 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz system, and suitable for a fault level of 10 KA symmetrical at 415 V complete as per specifications, instructions & approval of EIC and as per the sub item mentioned below : a)63A MCB 4 Pole, 10 kA, TMR trip unit -1no. b) RYB indication lamp - 1 Set c) 100/5 A ratio, class-1, 10VA burden cast resin current transformer - 3 Nos. d) Multifunction meter, 3 phase 4 wire, CT sec. 5A, Class-1, flush mounting size 96x96 mm indicating V, I,F,PF,Power & Energy etc. similar to Model No. - EM6436H of M/s Schneider Electric make - 1 No. NOTE: The GA drawing and sample of DB shall be got approved by department before fabrication.
Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 25 x 6mm heavy dipped GI strip fixed to wall / slab / column / beam with 2mm thick GI saddle & 4-5 mm thick GI Spacer, or on surface of rooftop fixed on PCC blocks, in ground at a depth of 750 mm below ground level including excavation in all type of soil , refilling and removal of excess earth within a radius of 3000 mtrs., temporary reinstatement and back filling of trench, interconnection of earth strip / wire GI nut bolts & washers, painting with two coats of black bituminous compound for earth strip in ground and green colour enamel painting strip on surface etc. for grounding of module structure to earthing stations. all as required & instructed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: The scope includes connection of earthing strips with the base of module mounting structures & with the earthing station.

On Rooftop Surface including providing PCC block(i.e. 150mm cube) required for fixing of GI strips at the intervals of ~ 500mm.
Earth Station: Providing earth station with heavy dipped GI earth plates electrode 600 x 600 x 6.0 mm in size at the depth minimum of 2.5 m below ground level (bottom of Plate) confirming to IS 3043 complete with all required materials like coke / charcoal, salt, G.I nut bolts, washers, 19 mm dia GI pipe (B class), 150 mm thick concrete wall chamber of suitable size duly plastered, heavy duty (minimum 6 mm thick) M.S chequred plate cover associated materials like 40 x 40 x 5 mm angle iron frame work, hinged locking arrangements, complete with funnels, GI test links (50 x 6 mm), two runs of 25 x 6mm G.I strips for connecting G.I plate & test link etc. including excavation of ground in all types of soils, refilling & removal of excess earth within a radius of 3000 m etc. all as required as per the drawing specifications & instructed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- 1. The chamber cover & frame shall be got approved by Department & painted with two coats of red oxide & one coat of enamel paint. 2. Painting of earth value & test date on cover plate.
Miscellaneous items:
Fabrication, supply, installation of various types of boxes/enclosures made out of 2mm thick MS CRCA sheets treated with 7 tank chemical treatment & powder coated including all material required for Installation and as directed by EIC.
Supply, installation ,testing and commissing of 63A ,4 Pole, 10kA MCB TMR with suitable enclosure and cable end boxes fabricated out of 16 SWG MS CRCA sheet,powder coated as required and as per instruction of E.I.C. Net metering shall be provided at all locations. Liasoning for providing net metering with TATA Power is in the scope of agency. Energy meter will be in the scope of TATA Power. Required documents and connection charges shall be arranged/borne by department. The scope includes providing interconnection between MCB & check meter; between checkmeter and MCB; between MCB and net meter with 4Cx6sqmm copper cable.
Post Commisioning Operation & Comprehensive Maintenance of Grid Connected Roof Top Solar Photovoltaic system: Carrying out routine, preventive and breakdown maintenance and replacement of defective component / equipment of the power plant ,providing all labor, material, consumables etc. for routine and preventive maintenance all as required, as per technical specifications, guidelines of OEM's & as directed by EIC. i. Regular fortnightly cleaning and maintenance of the plant system including operation as required. ii. Monitoring of plant performance and supply of all technical, Production/operation data and information through a monthly report. iii. Undertake regular checks and maintenance activities, required to be carried out, as recommended by the manufacturer of the equipment, on all the components of the power plant. iv. Carry out maintenance activities as a result of sudden failure/breakdown of any particular component or equipment. v. Undertake major overhaul of any component or equipment of the plant necessary on account of excessive wear & tear. vi. Prepare and maintain records on monthly basis towards maintenance of the plant, electricity generation, electricity injected into the distribution system etc. Note: Performance of system shall be guaranteed as per specifications, failing which penalty will be recovered from RA bill/ Security Deposit/Performance Guarantee.
