REPAIR REPLACEMENT AND DAY TO DAY MAINT OF ELECT FITTINGS FIXTURES INCL HEATING COOLING APPLIANCES AND OTHER ALLIED WORKS AT OTM MARRIED ACCN AT MILIT GIRINAGAR PUNE 25

Taking down carefully aluminium / copper point wiring any type for one light , fan, socket power point or buzzer controlled by one switch complete including fitting / fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, holder, socket etc; and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, ceilings etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm FRLSH, PVC insulated stranded copper conductor single core including non metalic PVC conduit medium grade (MMS ISI) of size not less than 20 mm dia or as site requirement , concealed in wall/over ceiling, concealed terminal / metal boxes of required size and with top cover 3 mm thick of plastic laminated hylam sheet or modular box and cover plate with frame or PVC box (as per site requirement) complete for mounting of switch , switch socket , regulator etc with all accessories and all as specified including 1.5 sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated sheathed multistranded copper earth conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly for light / fan/ bell point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Cost of PVC conduit, metal boxes, plastic laminated hylam sheet cover or modular box and cover plate with frame etc; are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) M&L for cutting chases on walls / ceiling and making good disturbed surfaces including finishing with cement mortar (1:3) etc; are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

All as per item herein above but for 3 pin or 3/5 pin 5 Amps socket , switchsocket combination on independent board with 1.5 sq mm copper cable complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item herein above but for 3 pin or 3/5 pin 16 Amps socket , switch socket combination on independent board with 2.5 sq mm copper cable complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item herein above but for 3 pin or 3/5 pin 16 Amps socket , switch socket combination on independent board with 4.0 sq mm copper cable complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item herein above but for 3 pin or 3/5 pin 5 Amps socket point on the same board controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item herein above but for one light point controlled by two, two way switch with 1.5 sq mm copper conductor cable complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm multi stranded copper conductor 1100 V grade, ISI marked, PVC insulated unsheathed cable (with approved colour code) FRLSH cable drawn in & including PVC casing caping of 20/25/32 mm wide, with double locking type, including metal boxes of required size and with top cover 3 mm thick of plastic laminated hylam sheet or modular box and cover plate with frame or PVC box(as per site requirement) complete for mounting of switch , switch socket , regulator etc with all accessories, with PVC 1.5 mm multi stranded insulated unsheathed copper wire, ISI marked of green colour for continous earth, PVC terminal box and PVC board making good disturbed surface to match with the existing surface for one light /fan/bell point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Cost of PVC casing caping, metal boxes, plastic laminated hylam sheet cover or modular box and cover plate with frame etc; are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) M&L for cutting chases on walls / ceiling and making good disturbed surfaces including finishing with cement mortar (1:3) etc; are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
