M&L Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits of foundation and plinth beams, and similar work for rough finished flat surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Reinforced Cement Concrete M-30 grade (Design Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams; bases for columns, etc basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia, as in stirrups cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips with one coat of anti corrosive primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Mild steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for mild steel work in roof trusses (framed), trusssed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, Channel, hollow sec or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats, gusset paltes etc Fe 410-w grade E-250 quality A complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment confirming to Fe-410 W (Grade E-250) quality A complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) of any dia with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but n.exc. 10 cm long complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Framed mild steel work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive or steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing Fe 290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for erection and refixing only mild steel work in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including minor repair, welding, fastening and fixing of handle etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing new steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of old steel surfaces exc 10cm width and girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F aluminium flat 40 X 6mm size as wind tie fixed with 50mm/75mm aluminium self staging screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F 4mm thick Aluminium composite panel (ACP) sheet of any colour with 0.55mm thick skins in cladding of columns/posts/walls, ceiling, roof etc., fixed to frame including necessary fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry using PCC solid blocks in 1:3:6, Type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates exceeding in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge

M & L for rendering 15mm thick CM 1:4 on concrete or block masonry surfaces and finishing the top surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for stainless steel letters,punctuations, logos, lines etc made up of stainless steel AISI - 316 grade of required size and shape including embossment complete all as directed. Thickness not less than 1.0 mm type with aesthetic , anticorrosive in nature including necessary screws, bolts and other fixture materials grinding, buffing and bright polishing the welded joints and adjacnet areas and fixing in any type of location complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for hard core of gauge n.exc. 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layers n.exc. 15cm thick watered and rolled / rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 100mm thick Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4) type Nominal mix B-1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors sub-base complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 300 x 300 x 25 mm thick, set and jointed neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured or grey cement match with pigment, over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for 100mm thick Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 Nominal mix (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix aluminium anodised snap grid false ceiling of standard aluminium section such as wall angle of size 38mm x 25mm x 2.4mm weighing 0.36 Kg/Rm main/cross tees of size 36.5mm x 25mm x 1.4mm weighing 0.24 Kg/Rm, suspended with 4mm dia GI wire at interval n.exc. 600mm centre to centre for main & cross tees fixed to roof slab roof truss fixed with suitable size MS hook and fastening bolts etc., including PVC sheet of 5 to 10mm thick of size n.exc. 610 x 610mm size fixed in ceiling with clips to aluminium snap grid complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Contractor shall submit gurantee for the work executed under this item through guarantee bond in Rs.100/- Non judicial Stamp paper along with 5% Security deposit submitted in the shape of FDR/BGB from Scheduled banks of india.

Material & Labour for point wiring with two single core PVC insulated, unsheathed 1100 volts grade cable multistranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm nominal area (FRLSH) drawn through & including non metallic rigid PVC conduit, medium duty ISI marked not less than 20 mm dia fixed on wall/ceiling with GI saddles , GI screws , rawl plugs with all fittings including tees , junction boxes & drawing through continuous earth wire of PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade cable copper solid conductor of size 1.5 sqmm(FRLSH) for one light point controlled by one way switch complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for concealed submain wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor cable two run of 1.5 Sqmm single core (FRLSH) 1100 volts grade drawn through in and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit, medium duty not less than 20 mm dia fixed on wall/ceiling with GI saddles, GI screws, rawl plugs with all fittings and one run of 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor(FRLS) for earth continuity wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Two run of single core cable with one run of earth continuity conductor and PVC conduit and its fittings will be measured as one length.
