Labour only for attending day to day complaints for repairing of street light, security light, post top lantern of any size/ wattage including tighting loose electric connection, carbon deposition and any other minor defects required for its smooth functioning at Bairagarh Military Station by deputing skilled and qualified electrician alongwith helper at any time of the day as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) It is compulsary to to attend maximum five nos complaints in a day within 24 hrs after intimation or receiving reciept of complain slip by JE/ AGE otherwise penalty of Rs 250.00 per day for non-attending the complaints will be levied on contractor. (ii) Complaints will be reported on daily basis with complaint register. (iii) Other minor items such as insulating tape, screws, small pieces of electrical cables PVC insulated copper multistranded conductor of size 2.5 Sqmm three core upto length of 1.5 m etc as required to attend the complaint is included in quoted rates. (iv) Any major items required for replacement will be paid seterately under respective item of Schedule 'A'.

M&L for overhauling of not less than 16 meters height high mast lighting system by degreasing and cleaning of double drum winch, gear box, wire rope, clamps, bobbin arrangement, power tool motor, mechanical torque limiter, lowering the mast head assembly, degreasing and cleaning the pulley, docking arm etc and applying new grease / lubricating oil for all mechanical moving / rotating parts, checking all the electrical parts such as timer panel, all cable connections in control panel, motor, junction box, flood light fittings and aviation obstruction light fitting etc, rectifying the defects, renewing the defective components etc including testing for proper functioning complete all as specified and directed. M&L for preparation of old painted surface of F/P box / LT panel after taking out all incoming and out going cables and removing all dirt, dust etc with the help of air blower and painting complete panel board with two coats of synthetic enamel spray painting over a coat of red oxide primer including writing of identification mark and the re-connecting all cable with suitable lugs /thimbles as reqd with and including replacement of transparent PVC sheet with rubber gasket for window with existing size complete all as specified and directed Note: Cost of thimbles, PVC sheet and gasket, any type of screws and other minor parts are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces on iron gate, rolling shutter, change over switches and similar items and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs mild steel work in framed work of required sections for repairing of gates, grills, framed guard bars, gratings, ladders, MS clamps etc; with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes complete all as specified and directed

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in cover slab for earth pits etc; complete all as specified and directed. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured seperately.

S&F of mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia bars, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of old unserviceable lugs after cutting the worn out /faulty cable end from LT pillar/panel box and making cable lead by providing aluminium lugs including crimping with crimping tools in the existing LT cable upto 50 Sqmm, 3.5 core upto including necessary connection complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 78.00 here-in-before but aluminium lugs for cable from 70 to 120 Sq mm.
