M&L 150mm thick cement concrete design mix M-25 using 20 mm graded stone agg finished even and fair without using extra cement including spike rolling to surface or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified & directed.
Complete removal of existing bitumeneous felt treatment over roof surfaces in cluding wire brushing, cleaning surfaces and M & L for 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) over roof top (Using liquid water proofing compound ) surface finished even and smooth using extra cement and application of water proofing treatment using APP modified roof membrane over existing accessible RCC roof slab / chajjah / canopy / parapet wall to be executed through approved applicator of the membrane manufacturer with following specification etc complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Cleaning existing surface properly. (b) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.30 liter/Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP membrane with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per liter at 25 degree centigrade on prepared surface. (c) Apply on bitumen primer a coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 conforming to IS 702 @ 1.20 Kg per Sqm (d) Laying not less than 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.60 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster fiber weight not less than 160gms/Sqm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side laps and 15cm end lap, Physical property of membrane shall be as under :- (i) Membrane weight not less than 3.60 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Non woven polyester weight not less than 160 gsm/Sqm. (iii) Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree Celsius. (iv) Joint tensile strength-longitudinal not less than 650/Sqcm and transverse not less than 450/sqcm at 230 degree Celsius. (v) Tear strength - longitudinal not less than 300 N & transverse not less than 250N. (vi) Elongation of reinforcement not less than 30%. (vii) Impermeability under water pressure not less than 3 Kg/Sqcm. (e) APP membrane shall be laid using butane torch by Torch application with minimum 10cm side overlap and 15cm end lap. (f) Laying 40 mm thick brick laid over a bedding layer 20 mm screed in CM (1:4) mixed with polymer based liquid water proofing additive @ 15% by weight of cement as per manufacturer's specifications/ instructions and tiles joints shall be filled with polymer based cement proof joint filler manufactured by M/S Bauchemic Pvt ltd or M/S Rolle constructions chemicals or equivalent. (Note:- (i) U/S material / malba shall be removed out of the MD land exc 1.5 Km but n.exc 5 Km. The rate quoted by the contractor shall be deemed include this aspect. (ii) WPC shall be measured & paid separately)
Cutting out cracks to V section in existing roof or terracing n.exc. 15 cm girth and cleaning out wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all a s sepcified & directed
Supply only liquid water proofing compound using as per manufacturing instruction.
M&L for poly proyline non woven HDPE perforated geocell mesh of size 330 - 100 to 125 mm for slope protection of earth with height of mesh upto 150mm, 1.5 mm fixed to earth / pCC bed blocks with necessary arrangements including levelling, ramming earth to required gradient by using the existing traverse earth. Make:- Terrain Infratech or equivalent as approved by GE. Note:- (i) PCC bed blocks required for fixing mesh will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Additional earth required for levelling the earth on account of increasing the height of toe wall will be measured and paid separately.

Supply, intallation, commisioning and testing of 5 star rated inverter type split air condition of capacity 1.5 TR (4500 Kcal/Hr) complete with cordless remote control unit and air ionizer and plasma filter for better air quality. Indoor unit shall be Hi wall mounted type suitable for 230 volts, 50 Hz, single phase AC supply and capable of performing the function as cooling, air circulating and filtering. The air condition shall be complete with automatic temperature control ( by comprising of variable speed / variable tonnage depending upon heat load inside the room) with electronic thermostat complete as per IS 11338 of 1985. The filter packs provided shall be washable. Remote cordless control with LCD/LED display shall be provided on indoor unit and on handset. Overall powder factor of the unit shall not be less than 0.85 at operating conditions. The inverter type AC shall correlate to the values as specified by the OEM and latest IS/BIS certification as mentioned in the table 2.2 of the Gazette of India notification No. 024 (E) dated 5 Jan 2010 issued by central Government of India.
Supplying and Fixing industrial type plug socket, SPN and earth plug 250V, 20-32 Amps with steel enclosure and one MCB SP 32 Amps complete all as specified and directed.
Supply only voltage stabilizer, for automatic voltage correction of 20 volts per second, single phase, naturally air cooled, indoor type, designed for input voltage between 140 Volt to 280 Volts and out put voltage 220 volts + 9% and High / low voltage cut off with facility of delayed start time of 3 minute of capacity 16 Amps (4 KVA) complete all as specified & directed.
M & L for sub main wiring using two single core PVC insulated, unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 4 Sqmm of voltage rating upto and including 1100 Volts drawn in and including concealed PVC conduit (Medium grade) of dia not less than 25mm with standard accessories along-with one run of PVC (green colour) insulated , unsheathed, stranded copper conductor of size 4 Sqmm as earth continuity conductor all as specified and directed.

Supplying & fixing MCB SPN, 32 Amp (`C’ series ) with rupturing capacityg 10 KA complete all as specified and directed.
A) Central AC plant capacity 52 TR (3 x 26TR Cap) with 2 Nos AHU at Old Bumb Dumb Area. Dismanteling existing inlet and outlet chiller water pipeline connection, all electrical connections, air duct/ plenium from old AHU for replacing of new AHU with suitable fire retardant flexible connection at blower outlet. Supply, erection, testing and commisioning of factory built double skin Air Handling Unit (AHU) with refrigerant, capcity of 8000 CFM indoor type, horizontal floor mounted draw through type unit with necessary instruments and accessories as mentioned below:-
a) Air Handling Unit (AHU) : The unit shall be double skinned, horizontal floor mounted type. The apparatus shall be sectionalized construction consisting of Filter section, Coil section, Fan section & Drain - pan. The unit is having 6 rows of copper tube cooling coils and 2 rows of copper tube hot water coils, fan, filter, drain pan, driving motor & driving arrangement. The frame work comprises of extruded aluminium hollow sections and nylon glass fiber reinforced corner joints. Double skin panels made out of 0.6mm pre - plasticized and pre painted with PVC gaurd, GSS sheet on out side and 0.6mm galvanised steel sheet inside with ployurethane foam (PUF) of density not less than 38kg/m3 (40 mm thick) injected inbetween by inecting moulding machine. A hinged door fitted with sealing gasket, lockable handle shall be provided in the fan section for access.
b) Cooling and Heating coil section : The coil shall be made from seamless solid drawn copper tubes. The minimum thickness of copper tubes shall be 0.5mm for all coils. The depth of the coil shall be such as to suit the site requirements viz, re-circulated air applications and bypass factor required shall be specified in the tender specifications. The coil shall be 8 row deep coils for re-circulated air application. Each section of the coil shall be fitted with flow and return headers to feed all the passes of the coil property. The headers shall be of copper with water in/out connections, vent plug on top and drain at the bottom. The coil shall be designed to provide water velocity between 0.6 to 1.8m/s in the tubes and maximum working pressure of 10kg/cm2. Re-connecting chilled water pipe and ducts/plenium including addition/alteration if required to duct/ plenium to match with new AHU.
c) Fins : The fins shall be made of aluminium. Minimum thickness of the fins shall be 0.15mm nominal. The no. of fins shall not be less than 4.7 per cm length of the coil. Fins may either spiral of plate type. The fins shall be mechanically expanded to ensure proper thermal contact between fins and tubes. The fins shall be evenly spced and upright.
d) Supply air Fan & Fan section : The air fan shall be centrifugal type with forward curved fan blades, double inlet double width (DIDW) type capable to generate sufficient static pressure in air circuit. Housing and impellers shall be fabricated from heavy gauge steel sheet not less than 1.6 mm thick. The side plates shall be die formed for efficient and smooth air flow with minimum losses. The fan impeller shall be mounted for housing on a solid shaft support with heavy duty ball bearings. The fan impeller assembly shall be statically and dynamically balanced. The fan shall be driven with not less than 2 evenly matched v-belts. Adequate adjustment shall be provided to facilitate belt installation and subsequent belt tension be provided by motor movement on slide rails. A removable door gaurd shall be provided. The fan motor shall be totally enclosed fan cooled (TEFC) type squrriel cage induction motor with IP-54 protection IE - 3 class as per IS- 12615 suitable for operation on 415 volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz AC supply. Note:- Noise level at a distance of 2 mtr from AHU shall be less than 75 DB.
e) Drain Pan : Drain Pan shall be made out of stainless steel sheet, 1.25mm thick, externally insulated with 10mm thick closed cell of polyethylene foam insulation with necessary dual slope to facilitate fast removal of condensation. Necessary supports will be provided to slide the coil in the drain pan.
f) Pre- Filters : The pre-Filters 50 mm thick of the Air Handling Unit shall be of non-combustible imported media having progressive density filter media to ensure lower pressure drop, higher allowable pressure, higher dust holding capacity. Pre-filter having dust filteration capacity 90% efficiency down to 10microns (synthetic non woven, fire retardent type, supported with aluminium & HDPE mesh and conforming to EU-3 & EU-779 specifications.
g) Base Channel : The entire unit shall be supported by a full perimeter base rail channel. The base rail shall be constructed with suitable thick minimum 12 gauge GI steel sheet & have intermediate cross member for the support.
h) Accessories : i) Electrically operated control such as humidistat and stand alone micro controller based LCD proportionate controller (to control 3 way modulating mixing valve) along with all equipment and accessories including 230/24 volts class -2 transformer. ii) Moisturer drop eliminators be provided in AHU to avoid carry away of water condensed. iii) Suitable fire retardent canvas connection at the outlet of blower. iv) Each AHU shall be provided with aluminium extruded fresh air intake louvers with bird screen, dampers and rain protection. v) Manual air vent valve, insertion test port - 3 Nos, union couplings - 2 Nos, 3-way mixing valve and Automatic balance valve, 'Y' Stainer etc. Note:- The quoted rate includes rate for reconnecting chilled water pipes, all electric connections, ducts, plenium including additional/ alteration to duct & return ducts of required size to match with new AHU at existing / new AHU room.
2. Supply, install, test and commissioning factory built electrically operated hot water generator 30 kW Capacity with control panel, necessary instruments and accessories suitable for the following conditions:-
a) Flow rate 16 GPM.
b) Inlet temp of water is 45°C.
c) Outlet temp of water is 50°C.
d) Working Pressure 100 to 150 PSI.
e) The hot water generator shall be constructed with vertical shell made of stainless steel where as outer body panels of mild steel of 10mm thick and powder coated. It shall be with necessary supports for free standing on floor such that bottom of the shell is 300mm above the finished floor level.
f) Shell shall be complete with necessary lifitng lugs, provision of inlet and outlet flange connection, drain connection with valves, vent with valve etc. The shell shall be complete with buffles to provide adequate velocity to water and shall with stand a working pressure of 10kg/cm2.
g) The shell shall be insulated with non-setting, non-corrosive glass wool insulation blanket of suitable thickness (min 50 mm ) and covered with 2mm thick aluminium sheet or 1.25mm thick MS sheet painted with heat resistance paint. The density of glass wool shall be 32kg/cum and the 'K' value at 10°C shall not be less than 0.03 W/Mk. The surface temp of the cladding shall not be exceeding 45°C.
h) Controls and safety accessories : Suitably rated contactors shall be housed in the control box mounted on or near generator for switching of the heater elements in the desired stages. This shall be complete with necessary interconnecting wiring/cabling between the control box and terminal box. Hot water generator shall be provided with the following accessories. i) safety valve, ii) drain valve, iii) Pressure release valve, iv) Vent cock, v) Thermometer vi) Pressure gauge vii) Electrically operated pressure switch viii) Balancing valve , Y- Stainer & non-return valves in hot water circuit.
j) Distilled water shall be used for hot water generator for first filling and top up through their defects laibility period by the contractor.
(B) Central AC plant capacity 22 TR (3 x 11 TR cap) with 1 No AHU at New Bumb Dumb. Dismanteling existing inlet and outlet chiller water pipeline connection, all electrical connections, air duct /plenium from old AHU for replacing of new AHU with suitable fire retardant flexible connection at blower outlet. Supply, erection, testing and commisioning of factory built double skin Air Handling Unit (AHU) with refrigerant, capcity of 8000 CFM indoor type, horizontal floor mounted draw through type unit with necessary instruments and accessories as mentioned below:-
a) Air Handling Unit (AHU) : The unit shall be double skinned, horizontal floor mounted type. The apparatus shall be sectionalized construction consisting of Filter section, Coil section, Fan section & Drain - pan. The unit is having 6 rows of copper tube cooling coils and 2 rows of copper tube hot water coils, fan, filter, drain pan, driving motor & driving arrangement. The frame work comprises of extruded aluminium hollow sections and nylon glass fiber reinforced corner joints. Double skin panels made out of 0.6mm pre - plasticized and pre painted with PVC gaurd, GSS sheet on out side and 0.6mm galvanised steel sheet inside with ployurethane foam (PUF) of density not less than 38kg/m3 (40 mm thick ) injected inbetween by inecting moulding machine. A hinged door fitted with sealing gasket, lockable handle shall be provided in the fan section for access.

Necessary supports will be provided to slide the coil in the drain pan.
f) Pre- Filters : The pre-Filters 50mm thick of the Air Handling Unit shall be of non-combustible imported media having progressive density filter media to ensure lower pressure drop, higher allowable pressure, higher dust holding capacity. Pre-filter having dust filteration capacity 90% efficiency down to 10microns (synthetic non woven, fire retardent type, supported with aluminium & HDPE mesh and conforming to EU-3 & EU-779 specifications.
g) Base Channel : The entire unit shall be supported by a full perimeter base rail channel. The base rail shall be constructed with suitable thick minimum 12 gauge GI steel sheet & have intermediate cross member for the support.
h) Accessories : i) Electrically operated control such as humidistat and stand alone micro controller based LCD proportionate controller (to control 3 way modulating mixing valve) along with all equipment and accessories including 230/24 volts class -2 transformer. ii) Moisturer drop eliminators be provided in AHU to avoid carry away of water condensed. iii) Suitable fire retardent canvas connection at the outlet of blower. iv) Each AHU shall be provided with aluminium extruded fresh air intake louvers with bird screen, dampers and rain protection. v) Manual air vent valve, insertion test port - 3 Nos, union couplings - 2 Nos, 3-way mixing valve and Automatic balance valve, 'Y' Stainer etc . Note:- The quoted rate includes rate for reconnection chilled water pipes, all electric connections, ducts, plenium including additional/ alteration to duct and return ducts of required size to match with new AHU at existing/ New AHU room.
2. Supply, install, test and commissioning factory built electrically operated hot water generator 10 kW Capacity with control panel, necessary instruments and accessories suitable for the following conditions:-
a) Flow rate 16 GPM.
b) Inlet temp of water is 45°C.
c) Outlet temp of water is 50°C.
d) Working Pressure 100 to 150 PSI.
e) The hot water generator shall be constructed with vertical shell made of stainless steel where as outer body panels of mild steel of 10mm thick and powder coated. It shall be with necessary supports for free standing on floor such that bottom of the shell is 300mm above the finished floor level.
f) Shell shall be complete with necessary lifitng lugs, provision of inlet and outlet flange connection, drain connection with valves, vent with valve etc. The shell shall be complete with buffles to provide adequate velocity to water and shall with stand a working pressure of 10kg/cm2.
g) The shell shall be insulated with non-setting, non-corrosive glass wool insulation blanket of suitable thickness ( minimum 50 mm ) and covered with 2mm thick aluminium sheet or 1.25mm thick MS sheet painted with heat resistance paint. The density of glass wool shall be 32kg/cum and the 'K' value at 10°C shall not be less than 0.03 W/Mk. The surface temp of the cladding shall not be exceeding 45°C.
h) Controls and safety accessories : Suitably rated contactors shall be housed in the control box mounted on or near generator for switching of the heater elements in the desired stages. This shall be complete with necessary interconnecting wiring/cabling between the control box and terminal box. Hot water generator shall be provided with the following accessories. i) safety valve, ii) drain valve, iii) Pressure release valve, iv) Vent cock, v) Thermometer vi) Pressure gauge vii) Electrically operated pressure switch viii) Balancing valve , Y- Stainer & non-return valves in hot water circuit.
j) Distilled water shall be used for hot water generator for first filling and top up through their defects laibility period by the contractor.
(C) Central AC plant capacity 54 TR (2 x 54 TR Cap) with 1 No AHU at 24 MMPU Dismanteling existing inlet and outlet chiller water pipeline connection, all electrical connections, air duct /plenium from old AHU for provision of copper tube coils for hot water connection. Supply, erection, and testing of factory made copper tube coils 2 rows for hot water circulation suitable for existing double skin Air Handling Unit (AHU) with refrigerant, capcity of 16000 CFM indoor type, horizontal floor mounted draw through type unit.
a) Heating/ hot water coil section : The coil shall be made from seamless solid drawn copper tubes for hot water circulation. This hot water coils shall be placed adjacent to existing cooling coils inside AHU. The minimum thickness of copper tubes shall be 0.5mm for all coils. The depth of the coil shall be such as to suit the site requirements viz, re-circulated air applications and bypass factor required shall be specified in the tender specifications. The coil shall be 2 rows deep coils for re-circulated air application. Each section of the coil shall be fitted with flow and return headers to feed all the passes of the coil property. The headers shall be of copper with water in/out connections, vent plug on top and drain at the bottom. The coil shall be designed to provide water velocity between 0.6 to 1.8m/s in the tubes and maximum working pressure of 10kg/cm2. Re-connecting chilled water pipe and ducts/plenium including addition/alteration if required to duct/ plenium to match with new AHU.
b) Fins : The fins shall be made of aluminium. Minimum thickness of the fins shall be 0.15mm nominal. The no. of fins shall not be less than 4.7 per cm length of the coil. Fins may either spiral of plate type. The fins shall be mechanically expanded to ensure proper thermal contact between fins and tubes. The fins shall be evenly spced and upright.
(D) Central AC plant capacity 66 TR (3 x 33 TR Cap) with 2 Nos AHU at 26 MMPU. Dismanteling existing inlet and outlet chiller water pipeline connection, all electrical connections, air duct /plenium from old AHU for provision of copper tube coils for hot water connection and new plenium. Supply, erection, and testing of factory made copper tube coils 2 rows for hot water circulation suitable for existing double skin Air Handling Unit (AHU) with refrigerant, capcity of 12000 CFM indoor type, horizontal floor mounted draw through type unit. The existing plenium to be replaced with new factory made plenium suitable for existing AHU all as specified.

(E) Central AC plant capacity 33 TR ( 2 x 33 TR cap) with 1No AHU at ESH Dismanteling existing inlet and outlet chiller water pipeline connection, all electrical connections, air duct /plenium from old AHU for replacing of new AHU with suitable fire retardant flexible connection at blower outlet. Supply, erection, testing and commisioning of factory built double skin Air Handling Unit (AHU) with refrigerant, capcity of 12000 CFM indoor type, horizontal floor mounted draw through type unit with necessary instruments and accessories as mentioned below:-
a) Air Handling Unit (AHU) : The unit shall be double skinned, horizontal floor mounted type. The apparatus shall be sectionalized construction consisting of Filter section, Coil section, Fan section & Drain - pan. The unit is having 6 rows of copper tube cooling coils and 2 rows of copper tube hot water coils, fan, filter, drain pan, driving motor & driving arrangement. The frame work comprises of extruded aluminium hollow sections and nylon glass fiber reinforced corner joints. Double skin panels made out of 0.6mm pre - plasticized and pre painted with PVC gaurd, GSS sheet on out side and 0.6mm galvanised steel sheet inside with ployurethane foam (PUF) of density not less than 38kg/m3 (40 mm thick) injected inbetween by inecting moulding machine. A hinged door fitted with sealing gasket, lockable handle shall be provided in the fan section for access.
b) Cooling and Heating coil section : The coil shall be made from seamless solid drawn copper tubes. The minimum thickness of copper tubes shall be 0.5mm for all coils. The depth of the coil shall be such as to suit the site requirements viz, re-circulated air applications and bypass factor required shall be specified in the tender specifications. The coil shall be 8 row deep coils for re-circulated air application. Each section of the coil shall be fitted with flow and return headers to feed all the passes of the coil property. The headers shall be of copper with water in/out connections, vent plug on top and drain at the bottom. The coil shall be designed to provide water velocity between 0.6 to 1.8m/s in the tubes and maximum working pressure of 10kg/cm2. Re-connecting chilled water pipe and ducts/plenium including addition/alteration if required to duct/ plenium to match with new AHU.
c) Fins : The fins shall be made of aluminium. Minimum thickness of the fins shall be 0.15mm nominal. The no. of fins shall not be less than 4.7 per cm length of the coil. d) Supply air Fan & Fan section : The air fan shall be centrifugal type with forward curved fan blades, double inlet double width (DIDW) type capable to generate sufficient static pressure in air circuit. Housing and impellers shall be fabricated from heavy gauge steel sheet not less than 1.6mm thick. The side plates shall be die formed for efficient and smooth air flow with minimum losses. The fan impeller shall be mounted for housing on a solid shaft support with heavy duty ball bearings. The fan impeller assembly shall be statically and dynamically balanced. The fan shall be driven with not less than 2 evenly matched v-belts. Adequate adjustment shall be provided to facilitate belt installation and subsequent belt tension be provided by motor movement on slide rails. A removable door gaurd shall be provided. The fan motor shall be totally enclosed fan cooled (TEFC) type squrriel cage induction motor with IP-54 protection IE - 3 class as per IS- 12615 suitable for operation on 415 volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz AC supply. Note:- Noise level at a distance of 2 mtr from AHU shall be less than 75 DB.
e) Drain Pan : Drain Pan shall be made out of stainless steel sheet, 1.25mm thick, externally insulated with 10mm thick closed cell of polyethylene foam insulation with necessary dual slope to facilitate fast removal of condensation. Necessary supports will be provided to slide the coil in the drain pan.
f) Pre- Filters : The pre-Filters 50 mm thick of the Air Handling Unit shall be of non-combustible imported media having progressive density filter media to ensure lower pressure drop, higher allowable pressure, higher dust holding capacity. Pre-filter having dust filteration capacity 90% efficiency down to 10microns (synthetic non woven, fire retardent type, supported with aluminium & HDPE mesh and conforming to EU-3 & EU-779 specifications.
g) Base Channel : The entire unit shall be supported by a full perimeter base rail channel. The base rail shall be constructed with suitable thick minimum 12 gauge GI steel sheet & have intermediate cross member for the support.

3. Supply, install, test and commissioning centrifugal monoblock pump set for pumping hot water from hot water generator to heating coils in AHU with energy efficient motor conforming to IS-12615. The pump shall be suitable for the specification mentioned below. Each pump shall be of 100% capacity. (one will be working and onw will be standby)
a) Discharge of water quantity - 72 LPM. b) Static head - 20 mtr. c) RPM of motor - 1450. d) Impeller - Branze. e) Shaft - high tensile steel. f) Pump/motor body - CI. g) Seal - Mechanical. h) Motor - Suitable HP, squrriel cage SPDP having class B, insulation. j) Starter - star delta/ DOL starter with protection against phase reversal and single phase prevention. k) Base frame - MS fabricated. l) Foundation - RCC/ PCC foundation as per OEM recommendation. m) Water pressure gauge (150mm) dial type.
Supply and fixing MS pipe 'C' class, heavy duty ERW 50 mm dia including all fittings duly welded, laid in air/ ground, inside/ outside building along with necessary clamps, nuts, bolts etc adequately supported on rigid primery and secondary support for recirculation of hot water from AHU to pump set, Pump set to hot water generator and hot water generator to AHU. The hot water MS pipe shall be insulated with fire retardant rigid polyurethane foam of thickness 30mm having 27.2 to 39.9 kg/cum density and finally faced with 26 gauge aluminium foil cladding. Note:- The quoted rate includes Excavation and returning/ filling on traverse, opeining of walls for drawing hot water pipelines and make good distrubed surfaces complete all as specified & directed.
M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level, connected to galvanised iron wire 4 mm dia as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washer of galvanised iron or steel besides welding at all joints as shown in drawings and including excavation and earthwork, GI pipe midium grade 15 mm bore for protection of GI wire from earth electrode to test point and including the earth test point of bronze / gun metal of size 75x75x25 mm, charcoal dust , common salt, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 chamber, RCC cover 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggreagte reinforced with 8 mm dia round bars @ 75 mm c/c both ways with MS handle 12 mm dia, PGI funnel and wire mesh, 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering all as shown in plate No. 3 of SSR Part- I of 2009 and connected to earth test point including testing complete all as specified & directed.
Supply and fixing Butterfly valve confirming to IS-13095,50 mm (2") dia including all fixing materials, gaskets, nut/bolts etc all as specified & directed.
Supply, laying, connecting and testing LT UG cable XLPE insulated, PVC screened, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16sqmm, 4 core and drawing cable through cable tary of suitable size, 2mm thick including fixing materials for cable tray all as specified & directed.
Supply and fix in repair in repairs rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top) HDPE, double layered with ISI marked of 250 ltr capacity with inlet and outlet connections, hoisted and fixed in position on roof top of the bldg. connecting up pipes, securing access covers and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.
Supply, laying and jointing GI tubes, medium grade 25mm dia in lengths with screwed and socket joints, together with all galvanised steel fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, union, short pieces, connectors, check nuts, caps, plugs etc fixed complete to walls/ ceiling/ floor by means of and including clips, wall hooks etc or laid on surfaces / floor and making good of disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed .
Supply and fixing Stop valves 25mm dia, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and all as specified & directed.
