REPAIR/RESURFACING OF ROAD, ROAD FURNITURE AT BEG AND CENTRE AND TB-II UNDER AGE B/R-II UNDER GE(CENTRAL) KIRKEE

Repairs to potholes ,not exc 1Sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud,or water,scoring sunken surfaces in roads,paths,etc cutting around edges to atleast 25mm in depth,making good by applying tack coat@5kg per 10sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam,well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8kg per 10Sq m,blinded with 0.09Cum of stone chippings,6.3mm size and well rammed(including supply of premixed macadam,binder and chipping)depth of potholes exc 30mm

Scarifying or picking gravelled,macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400sqm ,exc 50mm and n exc 100mm deep

Preparing Unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 sqm with sprayer over existing surface etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make :- HINCOL or equivalent as per list of make.

M&L for 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM,with Granite,trap or basalt stone coarse aggregates of grading 2(63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50mm to 20 mm size) spread rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Ditto all as per item No. 5 but except materials

M & L for Premix bituminous macadam with 4% binder of VG-30 (Paving bitumen any penetration) laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber(consolidated thickness 75mm or less) complete all as specified & directed, Duly rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8-12 tonne power roller etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- The contractor quoted the rate shall be deemed to include the follwing elements:- (i) The contractor shall get the mix design done through Govt approved lab and shall get the same got approved from GE before incorporating in the work. (ii) Contractor shall submit the authenticated weigh batch receipt for every load of materials brought at site. (iii) In case variation in bitumen content as per approved mix design in comparison with the bitumen shall be adjusted with price adjustment

M&L For applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous emultionRS-1 at 3 kg/10Sqm with sprayer over existing surface etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make :- HINCOL or equivalent as per list of make.

M & L Preparing Black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc

M&L for applying a priming/tack coat with bituminous emultion RS-1 at 5Kg/10Sqm with sprayer over existing surface etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make :- HINCOL or equivalent as per list of make.

M&L for Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense 30mm consolidated using paving bitumen any penetration with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix,rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient, dully rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8-12 tonne power roller and vibrating roller etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- The contractor quoted the rate shall be deemed to include the follwing elements:- (i) The contractor shall get the mix design done through Govt approved lab and shall get the same got approved from GE before incorporating in the work. (ii) Contractor shall submit the authenticated weigh batch receipt for every load of materials brought at site. S&F in repairs for round solar delinator of red coloured made out of aluminium housing and 1100mm height precast construction solar powered by SIEMENS monocrystal solar panel 2V 120 MA type of battery NI-CD 1.2 V 250 MAH and flash rate 2 Hz or 70 Hz view distance over 300 mtr fotted with 2 Hz EL-805,LEDs,flashing upto 12 hours of light at night and solar battery aumatically charge in day/sun light duly fixed with including excavation of post holes of size 250*250*500 mm in soil and fixed in PCC 1:3:6 type C1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate).

S & F in repairs for solar Stud made out of aluminium housing and precast construction solar powered by SIEMENS monocrystal solar panel 2V 120 MA type of battery NI-CD 1.2 V 250 MAH and flash rate 2 Hz or 70 Hz view distance over 300 mtr fitted with 2 Hz EL-805-3 pieces each side on 2 ends total 6 pieces LEDs,flashing upto 12 hours of light at night and solar battery aumatically charge in day/sun light duly fixed with cement and hardner size of stud 125*125*85 mm in red/yellow colours complete by Engr-in-charge.

S& F in repair in cat eyes ABS body with scratch and abrasion resistant micro prismatic polycarbonate and ultrasonically welded lens,temperature resistant body and lens, size 90mm x110mm x 17mm (Red/yellow colours) complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for two coats painting lines,dashes,arrows,letter etc on road,pavements,kerb stones and the like not exc 10Cm wide with road marking paint,white or golden yellow including cleaning and preparation or existing surface or on new surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for 60mm thick machine pressed glossy finish precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size & Colour M-35 grade with grey cement no pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 including dismantling of exisiting paver block with bedding any type and description complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge..

M & L for 75mm thick cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4(40mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repairs Convex Safety Mirror 80 cms polycarbonate Traffic mirror unbreakable round wide angle Driveway mirror,Red in colour(light weight) with Adjustable Brackets and Nut bolts also including pole of 7 feet height and 2inch(50mm)Dia for installation complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repairs LED Kerb Stone of height 250-300mm, made of high grade HDPE material, shock resistance, Power 36v with combination of Red/White/Blue/yellow colour for installation embedded with cement concrete 1:2:4 alongwith locking keys complete all as directed by Engg-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs PVC Road Speed Breaker of size 350x250x50mm of yellow/black colour with 4 hole in each having 10 tons traffic capacity for installation complete all as directed complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
