Work items identified;

Supply, Carraige upto site, erection,testing and commisioning of 8 mtr long ( ST- 410 SP15) Steel Tubular Poles complete with base plate(300x300x5mm), top cap, including digging of pit (1/6th of pole height) positioning etc, complete in all respect as per REC Standard.

Supply, Carraige upto site, laying, stringing, tensioning, binding of 50 Sqmm ACSR Conductor complete in all respects as per REC standards.

Supply,Carraige upto site and installation of GI Mukhi Clamp for Shackle insulators as per REC Standards.

Supply,Carraige upto site and installation of 16KN Shackle insulators as per REC Standards.

Cement bottoming of S T poles in 1:2:4 mix,up to 1/6th plantation depth of pole below ground, 9" above ground,circular with radius 6" around the pole girth/surface ,top surface tappered outwards 0.5 cum/pole as per the diagram given in technical specifications.

Earthing of steel tubular poles complete by GI pipe 40mm or GI rod 20mm 2.5mtr long through GI strip as per REC Standards

Painting of Poles with one coat of Red Oxide (1ltr/pole) and two coats of alimunium paint (1ltr/pole).

NOTE: 1.The rates quoted by the bidder for all the items shall be inclusive of GST/freight/insurance/storage/installation/testing and any other charges FOR Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of various line materials for improvement cum stabilization of Electrical Network under the jurisdiction of ED Budgam..
