Note- (i)The spare parts required to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply only" under respective item of this Schedule. (ii) Adequate resources shall be deployed by the contractor for attending day to day defect being an essential installation. (iii) All complaint/repairs shall be attended within 06 Hour failing which a recovery of Rs 500/- per day per complaint shall be made from contractor dues.

M&L for servicing of split type tower AC of any capacity and any make and model on site /wall and removing power connection and front PVC grills, air filters, cleaning, washing, removing dirt, servicing including chemical wash of cooling coil of indoor cooling unit and condenser coil of out door unit and providing oil and grease to all moving parts including condensing motor, checking and making serviceable electrical connection of DB's, stabilizer, wiring of AC's as per site condition and tightening all electrical connection with thimble including taking down carefully and replacing the spare parts of the AC units wherever required, testing and commissioning and refixing in the original position and connecting with the system complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) The cost of additional inlet/outlet copper pipes, drain pipe and electrical cord, if required and making good of surface as original by plastering / whitewash / colour / distemper etc is included in quoted rate and no extra payment will be made to contractor in this effect. (ii) Contractor shall maintain register of servicing as per format given by Engr-in-Charge duly signed by User where the servicing of equipment carry out and produce as and when asked by Eng-in-Charge or GE BHDC. (iii) Other spare parts required for repairs shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this Schedule as "Supply only".

Attending the break down / complaint of all nature for tower ac of any capacity and model and their electrical wiring from main DBs of any capacity and make them functional and also carry out the required repair on all days including Sunday and holidays complete all as specified and as directed. Note- (i) Store required for repairs shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this Schedule as supply only. (ii) Adequate resources will be deployed by the contractor for attending day to day defect being an essential installation. (iii) All complaint/repairs shall be attended within 06 Hour failing which a recovery of Rs 500/- per day per complaint shall be made from contractor's dues.

M&L for shifting/fixing of Split type tower AC of any capacity, any type/Make, including dismantling carefully indoor and outdoor unit, copper piping, drain pipe and thermal sleeve, lifting angle etc and installing the same to new location using existing copper piping for suction and delivery with insulation, drain pipe and re-fixing arrangement i.e. lifting angle, fasteners, nut bolt, washer etc, testing & commissioning, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) The cost of making hole for passing through inlet/outlet copper pipes, drain pipe and electrical wire for connection of indoor unit to outdoor unit and making good of surface at both location as original by plastering / white wash / colour wash / distemper etc shall deemed to be included in quoted rate and no extra payment shall be made to contractor on this account. (ii) The additional wire, copper piping and refrigerant gas, if required shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this Schedule as "Supply only".
