Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roof complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of mud phuska in roofs, any thickness including plastering and leeping (wheather full thickness removed or only a part thereof) complete all as specified and as directed.

Wire brushing and cleaning top surface tiles, lime terracing or cement concrete including flashings and junction of parapet etc complete all as specified and as directed.

PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggretgate, as in padding roof maintaining the required slope and finished even and smooth on exposed concrete surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Roof treatment with polymeric water proofing membrane to roof with the following courses as under complete all as specified :- (a) Cleaning surface by wire brushing,brooming, removing dust complete and make the surface even and smooth. (b) Applying a coat of bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384 - 1965 @ 0.40 lit/Sqm and allow to dry. (c) Applying one coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 as per IS-702-1988 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm of each coat applied over primer incl cleaning of surfaces . (d) Supply and laying 3mm thick polymeric water proofing membrane weight not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm with nonwoven polyester fabric weight not less than 160 gms/sqm over area including overlapping of 100mm(min) as per manufacturers instruction.then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. Note :- (i) Laying APP bassed polymenic membrane shall be done torch on methed or as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 100mm and 75mm should be made at the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as per manufacturer's instruction. (iii) Complete work shall be done under strict supervision of manufacturers technical representative and as directed.

Factory made PCC tiles of size 250x250x20-22mm thick machine pressed set and jointed in neat cement slurry over roof surface cut and polished with grey cement and no pigment over 15mm thick cement mortar 1:3 bedding and joints grout filled in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggretgate, as in PCC coping/ benching on floor/ wall junction of sunken portion complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced RCC Tank and similar suspended work including removing debries obtained from demolition to a distance exc 250m but n.exc 500m and deposting where directed at a level n.exc 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling old unserviceable PVC water tanks of any description, capacity not exc 500 litres and removing from site including provision of PVC water storage tank 500 ltr capacity HDPE triple layered, white colour cylindrical type fixed and hoisted in position on roof at any height complete with inlet/outlet pipe connection including locking arrangement, ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe 20mm dia and (Min Weight 20mm-210gms) complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Inlet, out let & wash out pipe shall be measured and paid separately.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc. 250 but n exc. 500 litres, setting aside or lowering for cleaning etc and hoisting reconnecting and refixing in position complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down eaves gutter and rain water pipes (AC/ PVC rain water pipe) of any size or pattern including all fittings etc complete all as specified and as directed.

PVC SWR, 110 mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber rings joints using solvent cement as per manufaturers instruction, fixed to wall complete all as specified and as directed.

PVC SWR junction single T, equal or unequal for 110 mm bore with access door complete all as specified and as directed.

PVC SWR bends/tees of any radius for 110 mm bore with access door complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down existing steel tubing and connections, 15mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

15mm bore steel water tubing medium grade galvanised with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floor etc complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item 17 here-in-before but except pipe. Note : Old GI pipe obtained from item No 16 shall be used.

Taking up or down existing steel tubing and connections, 20mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

20mm bore steel water tubing medium grade galvanised with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floor etc complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item 20 here-in-before but except pipe. Note : Old GI pipe obtained from item No 19 shall be used.

Stop valves cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle chromium plated fancy type screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions for 15 mm bore dia of pipe fixed in repair complete all as specified and as directed.

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 including demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick in cemet mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of wall finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

40 mm thick brick tiles laid on mud mortar and joints grouted flush in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement including 25mm thick mud plaster and 3mm thick leeping plaster complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item 27 here-in-before but except brick tiles. Note : Old brick tiles obtained from dismantling shall be used after proper cleaning/removing mortar.

Preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of chalk whiting (as primer) complete all as specified and as directed.

Applying two coats of aluminium painting over and including a coat of primer over APP surface by using rollers/brush as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.
