Taking up centrifugal pump sets of following capacities installed at different locations/ installations, from its foundation, by disconnecting electrically and mechanically, transporting to a reputed workshop, dismantling, repairing/ removing of unserviceable parts and transporting back to installation complete all as specfied and directed. Note : Rewinding and replacement of parts shall be measured and paid separately

M & L for rewinding electric motor of centrifugal pump sets of following capacities, 3 phase 415 volts 50 Hz AC, with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing weight and size including cleaning of stator slot, winding, fixing the starter properly including varnshing and baking complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for repairing rotor assembly of centrifugal pump sets of following capacities, 3 phase 415 volts 50 Hz AC, including dismantling and reassembling at site complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of surfaces of centrifugal pump sets of following capacities and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint including painting of SM No. and MES No. on the pump complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repairing/ overhauling of centrifugal pump sets of following capacities, 3 phase 415 volts 50 Hz AC, including cleaning the insides of motor and pump sets, oiling, greasing, gland packing, filling and alligning properly including repair/ replacement of wear & tear of any unserviceable part complete all as specified and directed. Note: Spares required to make the pumpset serviceable shall be measured and paid under item No 6 here-in-after.

M & L for removing defective ball/ roller bearing of centrifugal pump/ motor of 50 HP to 65 HP capacity, on site or at workshop and replacing as per existing suitable size including greasing and testing after completion complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for removing defective Mechanical coupling of centrifugal pump/ motor of 50 HP to 65 HP capacity, on site or at workshop and replacing as per existing including pump/ motor alignment work and testing after completion complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for taking out submersible pump sets of 5 to 15 HP capacity installed at different locations/ installations alongwith column pipe of 50/ 75/ 80 mm bore and submersible cable from bore well of depth upto 30 Mtr to 90 Mtr with the help of steel wire rope, chain pulley and tripod stand after unscrewing bracket nuts, bolts and washers, after isolating the electric supply connection from the starter, disconnecting the delivery and suction pipe; disconnecting, transporting to a reputed workshop for opening, repairing/ rewinding and replacing of unserviceable parts and transporting back to site complete all as specfied and directed. Note: (i). Spares required to make the pumpset serviceable shall be measured and paid under item No 10 here-in-after.

M & L for re-winding of 3 phase 415 volt 50 Hz AC submersible motor of following capacities including cleaning of stator and rotor and fitting properly complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor submersible cable of 3 core 6 sqmm including taking down old cable complete all as specified and directed. Note: Submersible cable shall be replaced at the time of lowering the motor into the bore.

M & L for providing 50 mm dia HDPE pipe, PE 63, pressure rating 10 kg/cm2 as column pipe for borewell including all connected works complete all as specified and directed. Note: Taking up of motor and lowering shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of this schedule.

S & F in repairs star delta starter, fully automatic, suitable for motor of capacity 10 HP / 7.5 kW including connecting to motors and fixing in panels with nut & bolts, lugs etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 3 pole power contactor AC 2 with ac coil range 12 Amp suitable for 10 HP / 7.5 KW capacity motor including connecting to motors and fixing in panels with nut & bolts, lugs etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs thermal overload relay, range 08 A to 12 Amp, HGST series, 12 Amp suitable for 10 HP / 7.5 KW capacity motor including connecting to motors and fixing in panels with nut & bolts, lugs etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs star delta starter, fully automatic, suitable for motor of capacity 50 HP, conforming to IS /IEC 60947-4-1 including connecting to motors and fixing in panels with nut & bolts, lugs etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for clearing area around pump house area, existing pipe line of 150/200 mm dia and delivery main passing along the road by cutting grass, shrubs and other small plants and removing the debris away from the pump house complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs RM 11 series chemical dozing pump, single phase 415 volts 50 Hz complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe of following sizes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for digging out existing GI /CPVC pipe line of 50 mm dia bore, cutting the pipe to stop leakage, making thread on both sides or making arrangement to fix CPVC pipe at site and refixing/ laying in trenches/ wall including new fittings (like tee, socket, union, nipple etc) wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for digging out existing GI /CPVC pipe line of 40 mm dia bore, cutting the pipe to stop leakage, making thread on both sides or making arrangement to fix CPVC pipe at site and refixing/ laying in trenches/ wall including new fittings (like tee, socket, union, nipple etc) wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for digging out existing GI /CPVC pipe line of 25 mm dia bore, cutting the pipe to stop leakage, making thread on both sides or making arrangement to fix CPVC pipe at site and refixing/ laying in trenches/ wall including new fittings (like tee, socket, union, nipple etc) wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for flushing out of borewells of 150/200mm dia and depth upto 30 to 110 m, at different locations, with air compressor untill clear water comes out from borewell complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (a) Air compressor shall be operated for minimum of 06 hours. (b) Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of fuel charges for operating air compressor.

M & L for maintenance, repair and periodical services to pressure filter of swimming pool by opening the pressure filter and taking out entire old media, scrapping internal/ external surfaces, cleaning and washing thoroughly, applying two coats of chlorinated rubber paint and silver paint on outer surface for pressure filter over a coat of zinc phosphate primer, laying new filter media in the MS cylindrical pressure filters as per specifications and as directed; removing, repairing, welding pipe lines and replacing certain unserviceable parts including painting the under drain system, inlet and outlet pipes including changing gland packing, nuts, bolts & washers etc. including S & F in repairs 02 Nos of pressure gauge of 0-9 Kg/Sqcm and 1 No butterfly/gate valve and testing and commissioning the filtration plant complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for removing fine media from filter bed of 78" height x 252" dia size, by opening the filter bed, cleaning the filter media and re-filling the same including replacement of rubber gasket, nuts and bolts etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Filter media shall be measured and paid under relevant item of this Schedule.

Supply and fill approved quality fine media in filtration plant complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 3/8" white suction / discharge tubing as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs FRP solution preparation cum setting tank of 100 ltr capacity with llid, port hole, inlet/ outlet drain connection, level gauge etc and fitted with speed reducing motor and SS -316 agitator for chlorine/ chemical dosing system as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 3/8" connecting nut matching as per existing model No. MANUT00 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 3/8" connecting nut with adapter matching as per existing model No. MCADPTR complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs ferrule 1/4", 24 PK matching as per existing model No. MCAK200 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 2" female threaded aluminium pressure release valve as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs rain gun sprinkler, metal/ eng plastic, 1.5" as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for making joint to HDPE pipe of size 150 mm by using Electrofusion Welding procedure including arrangement of coupler and Machine etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for making joint to HDPE pipe of size 80 mm by using Electrofusion Welding procedure including arrangement of coupler and Machine etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing water bowser filling point from borewell including provision of 15 m long CPVC pipe of 50 mm dia including all fittings, 02 Nos of CPVC gate valve and 1 mtr high PCC post in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs brass foot valve suitable for pipes of following sizes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying electric mats of size 6' x 3' and 2" thickness for panels, ISI certified complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing valve chamber of size 600 x 600 x 600 mm (internal dimensions) suitable for 100/150 mm dia bore sluice valve including brick masonry, necessary earth work and excavation, 75 mm thick foundation in PCC 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on internal walls and floors and upto 15 mm below ground level externally, coping in PCC 1:4:8 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, MS sheet cover made out of 3 mm thick flat iron frame and bracing with locking arrangement and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint including demolishing existing damaged chamber and removing debris to a distance not exc 50 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; not exc 10 sq m on plan and getting out in soft disintegrated rock complete all specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft disintegrated rock complete all specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil/ rock to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all specified and directed.

Supplying and laying of CPVC pipes of 40 mm outer dia, SDR 11 & plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for maintenance, repair and periodical services to pressure filter of main pump house by opening the pressure filter and taking out entire old media, scrapping internal/ external surfaces, cleaning and washing thoroughly, applying two coats of chlorinated rubber paint and silver paint on outer surface for pressure filter over a coat of zinc phosphate primer, laying new filter media in the MS cylindrical pressure filters as per specifications and as directed; removing, repairing, welding pipe lines and replacing certain unserviceable parts including painting the under drain system, inlet and outlet pipes including changing gland packing, nuts, bolts & washers etc. and testing and commissioning the filtration plant complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for removing fine media from filter bed of 67" height x 153" dia size, by opening the filter bed, cleaning the filter media and re-filling the same including replacement of rubber gasket, nuts and bolts etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Filter media shall be measured and paid under relevant item of this Schedule.

M & L for dismantling existing foundation for motor and pump, removing the debris outside and providing PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundations including grouting company fabricated common MS base plate with foundation bolts, installing, testing and commissioning and connecting to existing 100 mm dia bore DI suction and delivery line (flanged ends) with MS flanges of required size complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for collecting water sample from borewell/ UG sump and submitting to Goa State Govt. Water Testing Lab for testing and submission of the test report to Engineer-in-Charge once in a month or as required, complete all as specified and directed.
