Taking down ceiling/Exhaust fan of any size, cealing cable end, dismantling blades and removing fan and deposit to store

Hanging & Refixing ceiling fan and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan. Note:- Necessary repair shall be measured and paid seperately including spares under relevant items

M&L for Painting one coat of synthetic enamel paint (white) on the surface of ceiling fan of 1200/1400 mm with Fan Sl No with black paint complete after preperation of surface including filling cavities with filler, cleaning dust and dirt etc all as directed

Rewinding of ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep size of copper enamelled wire including varnishing ,heating with proper insulation complete and testing all as specified and directed .

All as per item No 3 herein before but 1400mm sweep

Supply only ball bearing of existing number suitable for ceiling fan 1200/1400mm sweep of different makes including necessary greasing all as directed by Engg-in-charge. Make: NBC/SKF/Norma

Supply only gun metal bush of existing size suitable for 1200/1400mm sweep ceiling fan

Supply and fix in replacement oil filled capacitor 2.5MFD including necessary connection all as derected. Make: Keltrom/Usha/Unistar

All as item No 8 here in above but 3.15MFD

All as per item No 8 here in above but 4 MFD

Supply only suspention down rod 15mm bore, 300mm long fixed one end with mild steel U clamp nut bolt rubber and other end threaded/drilled hole for nut bolt split pin and check nut duly white painted suitable for all size and makes of ceiling fan as directed by Eng-in-chage

All as per item No 11 here in above but of length 400mm

Supply only blade of 1200mm sweep of ceiling fan

Supply only U clamp with rubber reel insualtor with nuts bolts of size 10mm dia 75mm long including necessary washer and split pin

Supply only ceiling fan hook including nuts, bolts and rubber reel.

Supply only top and bottom canopy of plastic with steel screw suitable for fan of 1200/1400mm sweep Note for item No 3 to 17:- Taking down and refixing only shall be meassured under item No 1 & 2 appropriately

Supply & fix inreplacement Flexible cord copper conductor of size 23/0.0076 twisted twin core for connection to fan from ceiling rose. Make: Palza/Havells/Nicco

Fixing only exhaust fan and connecting up including provision of cable fromceiling rose/connector to fan

Rewinding only motor of exhaust fan 450mm sweep with super enameled copper wire of existing specification, guage and weight including insulating material all as directed by Engg-in-charge

All as per item No 19 here in before but of exhaust fan 300mm (12 inch) sweep

All as per item No 19 here in before but of exhaust fan 230mm (9 inch) sweep

Supply only ball bearing of existing exhaust fan suitable for 450mm sweep including necessary greasing all as directed. Make: SKF/NBC/Norma

Supply only mounting legs with rubber suitable for any type of exhaust fan Note for item No 20 to 24 :- Taking down and refixing only shall be meassured under item No 1 & 2 appropriately

Inspection, taking down, opening (dismantling) storage type water heaters (geysers) of capacity 25 ltrs cleaning descaling, re assembling and re-installation in the old place including testing and brazing complete after necessary repair/replacement of unserviceable items all as directed vertical/horizontal type.

All as per item No 25 here-in-before but of 50 ltrs capacitys

Supply only heating element of the following rating as required at sites including rubber washers. For 1.5 KW as per sample required at location

Preparation of old painted surface and M&L painting the geyser complete after cleaning and applying the same with one coat of paint of white enamelled paint all as directed of capacity 25 ltrs vertical type.

Supply only indicator lamp/square/round for geyser.

Supply only of existing unserviceable bottom cover of the geyser in two halfs

Supply only inner tank of copper suitable for 25 Ltr geyser

Supply only non return valve of gun metal 15mm dia

Supply only GI hexagonal nipple 15mm long 15mm dia Note for item No 26 to 38 :- Taking down and refixing only shall be meassured under item No 25 appropriately

Supply & fix in replacement Plug top 3 pin 15A ISI marked. Make: Anchor/Kinjal/Plaza

Supply and fix in replacement hanger bolt 100 long and 12 mm dia for mounting of geysers
