Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all specified and directed.

M&L for 450x350 x7 mm thick glazed ceramic coloured tiles as in vertical surfaces such as skirting or dado set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4. complete all specified and directed.

M&L for Non- skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles and including 15mm thick screed in CM 1:6 complete all specified and directed.

M & L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick (minimum size 55 cms x 55 cms) over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, mirror polishing including 15mm of screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all specified and directed.

M & L for machine cut kota stone slabs as in vertical surfces such as risers of steps 18-20mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, mirror polishing and moulding edges including 10mm of backing coat in CM 1:4, complete all specified and directed.

M & L for 15-18mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in cooking platforms and like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including 15mm of screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified including dismantling of roof sheet (corrugated, semicorrugated or plain etc) complete all specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws in replacement complete all specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position complete all specified and directed.

S&F Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heaving bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections), gates, railing including distance pieces, cleats and brackets etc complete all specified and directed.
