Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls including raking out joints, hacking for key scurbbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work/concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement with WPC @ 2% by weight of cement consumed or as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid under respective item as supply only.

Supply only water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) as in ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newely plastered surface of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash , complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment of walls, external fins, fascia, vertical and horizontal surface of roof projection, chajja etc; including brooming down, complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall, fins, fascia, vertical and horizontal surface of roof projection, chajja and applying two coats of weather proof anti fungal exterior emulsion paint (Smooth classic) over a coat of primer ,including nesessary scafolding complete all as specified and directed.

Applying two coats of weather proof anti fungal exterior emulsion paint (Smooth classic) over a coat of primer on old plastered surfaces of wall, fins, fascia, vertical and horizontal surface of roof projection, chajja etc, with nesessary scafolding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 centimetre width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc. 10 cm high with synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Writing stops,commas, short lines, dashes, hyphens, brackets, etc; with synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting saplings of any size from roof, wall and chajja of buildings in any situation and at any height , removal of roots and applying root killer chemical as per manufacturers instructions including making good disturbed surfaces with PCC 1:2:4, Type B0 (using 12.5mm crushed stone aggregate) and finished with cement mortar (1:4) complete all as directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames, glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 3mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exc 0.5 sq.m in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 4mm thick figured glass, pin head type and glazing with oil putty in square not exc 0.5 sq.m in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 20mm thick 2nd class hard wood boarding as in eaves board,planed both sides with butt joints, fixed with screws/nails in any situation complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only clean sawn boarding as in eaves board, with butt joints, fixed with screws/nails in any situation complete all as specified and directed. Note: Old boarding obtained from dismantling shall be reused under this item.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of wood and wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.
