Annual maintenance contract(AMC) of DG set of capacity 15 KVA to 125 KVA - 13 Nos as per detail given here-after (item Nos 3 to 5) installed at 'N' area ,'K' area and Hallomajra E/M installations, including servicing / overhauling and repair with replacement of O ring, engine oil, greasing and oiling of parts, checking of valve & nozzle replacement of diesel filter, oil filter ,checking of defective parts complete, assembling components, and attending once in a month as routine checkup to ensure satisfactory running of DG set complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE:-(i)Spares like filters, metering gauge, fan belts, engine oil, feeding pump and other spares shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevant items of schedule ‘A,’ fixing/labour charges of said spares is deem to be included in the unit rate quoted against the item.

(ii)To provide initial service to the engine within fortnight after placing the WO and thereafter on successful running upto 250Hr or after six months whichever is earlier. (iii) To Check fuel timing, tappet clearance etc for diesel engine and reseting the same as required. (iv) To check and set operation of warning devices.. (v) The firm shall carryout 11 routine maintenance visits (monthly) for all DG sets and record shall be maintained at site. In addn to routine maint visits contractor shall attend breakdown complaints as per the instrs of JE/Engr-in-charge. (vi) Cleaning of fuel tank exhaust pipe etc shall be carried out separately under respative item of Sch 'A' (vii) AMC shall be done by authorised representative of the manufacturer of the DG set.

Disconnecting, taking out carefully old unserviceable AVR unit, supply and fixing, connecting and testing new AVR unit suitable for DG set upto 62.5KVA capacity Make Kirloskar / National/Universal /cummins.

Disconnecting, taking out carefully old unserviceable AVR unit, supply & fixing, connecting and testing new AVR unit as per existing make and model suitable for DG set of 100 KVA to 125 KVA capacity. Make Kirloskar/National / Universal/ cummins.

Disconnecting and taking out the radiator of DG sets of cap 45 KVA to 62.5 KVA and transporting to work shop, strip opening, complete radiator assembly, cleaning of tubes using de-scaling solution, including soldering / gas welding of leakage of tubes, Cutting the rusted portion of in-let or out let tubes including gas welding of new MS water tubes assembling the complete radiator including replacement of gasket, nut bolts, and testing for making it leak proof including oiling/servicing of water cooling assembly , replacing unserviceable parts, re-assembling and fixing the same in position and testing the system complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 16 here-in-before but DG set of capacity 110 KVA to 125 KVA 3 phase 50 HZ

Supply and filling of inhibitor corrosion (Fleet-Guard make Coolant) suitable for radiators of 45 KVA to 125 KVA capacity DG set complete all as specified and directed

Disconnecting, taking down and dismantling of old unserviceable self starter, 12 Volt DC complete for repair, servicing, /cleaning, varnishing, oiling, reassembling and refixing in position after repair & testing including replacement of the Following parts as per exiting make and model :- (a) Armature – 01 No (b) Solenoid switch – 01 No. (c) Field coils – 01 No. (d) Commutator – 01 No. (e) Carbon brush – 02 Nos. Disconnecting and taking out the exhaust system of DG set of any capacity and carrying out cleaning of chocked, carbonized exhaust pipe including exhaust .silencer with de-scaling solution, including soldering / gas welding of leakage of pipe. Cutting the rusted portion of pipes including gas welding of pipes assembling the complete exhaust assembly including replacement of gasket, metallic flexible pipe, nut bolts, and testing for making it leak proof and fixing the same in position and testing the system complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair/replacement of acoustic enclosure door shutter hinges,handles, gasket,locks as per existing make of Long lasting green passivated fasteners. Cast aluminum hinges and stainless steel locks for long durability and ease of operation. suitable for 45 KVA to 125KVA DG set including welding,drilling,nut bolts , doors are gasketed with EPDM gaskets as required at ste complete all as directed.

M&L for Cleaning of MS fuel tank of DG sets of various capacity (up to 125 KVA) by collecting the fuel in cleaned barrels and removing sludge deposited/accumulated inside the tank and disposal of sludge at a distance not exceeding 100 metre and cleaning the tank with kerosene oil , replacement of fuel tank strainer and unserviceable fuel gauge with new PVC fuel level indicator or float gauge and refilling the collected fuel after filtration complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out of defective battery charger and supply and fixing new Electronic battery charger 12/24 volts suitable for charging batteries, including power transformer, Amp meter, Voltmeter and connected accessories in and including sheet metal enclosure of thickness not less than 1.6mm duly painted with two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out of unserviceable turbo drain hose and supply and fixing new turbo drain as per existing make and model suitable for 45 KVA to125 KVA DG sets with clips nuts and bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out of unserviceable fuel suction pipe and supply and fixing new PVC flexible pipe as per existing make and size from fuel tank to fuel filter of DG sets upto 125 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old unserviceable belts of the DG set and supply and fixing fan belt of size C-49 complete all as specified and directed. Make : Fenner / Gemini / Hilton

Disconnecting & taking out of existing AMF panel of any description and in any position, of 125 KVA capacity DG set & opening of AMF Panel, checking AC/DC circuits and replacement of unserviceable control wiring with 1.5 Sqmm, single core, copper conductor, flexible, PVC insulated, unsheathed cable suitable upto 1100 volts confirming to IS-694, taking out, removing and replacement of unserviceable parts / spares / items, reassembling the panel & fixing the same in position and testing the AMF panel on full load after completion of repairs all as specified and directed. Note :- The quoted rates shall deem to include for fixing the serviceable parts in position. The new parts shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch `A’ as `supply only. Replacement of small/minor parts such as nuts, bolts, washers/lugs/gaskets etc shall also deem to be included in the rates quoted against the item.

Supply only the following spares/parts/ components of AMF Panels (against item Nos 56 to 76), repaired under Schedule `A’ item No 54 above Note : (i) Fixing & testing element of the following items is deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor against item no 54 above (ii) Contractor shall have no claim on account of variation of quantities of following items or non execution of the item(s).

M&L for dismantling & taking down Engine & alternator coupling assembly seperate for 45 KVA to 125 KVA DG set MAKE cummins /greaves any model & taking out Fly Wheel ring gear assy, replacement of gear ring with same size and make complete as per sample and refixing Fly Wheel in position, refixing engine & alternater properly in position, testing all as specified and directed.

Scraping, removal of rust and complete removal of existing painting, cleaning and applying spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to the following capacity of DG Sets with apple green tint for engine, smoke grey tint for alternator, black for foundation/bases frame and red for all guards including writing of SM/MES Number on Engine and Alternator of DG set of Capacity Ranging from 40 KVA to 125 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair maintenance free lead acid battery 12 volt 90 AH capacity all as specified and directed. MAKE- EXIDE GEN-PLUS/AMARON /OKAYA

Taking out carefully unserviceable Dynamo assembly of 15KVA to 62.5 KVA DG set cleaning/ oiling/servicing Dynamo assembly, after replacing unserviceable fan ,bearing and re winding, re-assembling and fixing the same in position and testing the Dynamo assembly all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 81 here-in- before but for 110 KVA to 125 KVA DG set.

Supply and replacement of self starter 12Volt DC suitable for DG set 45 KVA to 125 KVA all as specified and directed. Make LUCAS or equivalent as approved by the GE.

Disconnecting and taking out carefully old UNSV alternator assy of 110 KVA to 125 KVA three phase 50 Hz capacity of DG set, decoupling alternator from engine unit and strip opening of the alternator for servicing, taking out & removing old burnt out windings and rewinding of alternator with appropriate size copper super enameled wire as approved by the Engr-in-Charge with insulating material such as luminous paper, leatherised paper, cotton tape glass sleeving insulating varnish etc incl replacement of UNSV parts of alternator assy reassembling & fixing the same in position and testing the alternator assy all as specified and directed. Note : The quoted rates against the item shall deem to include for transportation of equipment to workshop, grinding and polishing of roter and starter assy, fixing the serviceable parts in position and replacement of UNSV parts with new parts and rewinding of alternator. The new replaced parts and winding wire shall be measured and paid for seperatly under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ as supply only but quoted rates are inclusive of replacement of small/ minor parts such as nuts, bolts, washers, locking nuts, small springs, O rings, screw/gasket/packing/studs etc.

M&L for fabrication and fixing of fan /coupling guard suitable for 45 to 125KVA DG set made out of flat iron 25x3 mm, bend to shape, wire mesh fabricated with 2 mm dia MS wire complete incl nuts, bolts and welding works etc as required and applying 2 coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out carefully unserviceable fuel injector pump assembly of 45 to 125 KVA DG set (Make MiCO), cleaning/ oiling/servicing fuel injector pump assembly, recalibration of Fuel Injector Pump after replacing unserviceable nozzles, re-assembling and fixing the same in position and testing the Fuel Injector Pump assembly all as specified and directed. Note (i) Repairs/servicing / reassembling and testing of Fuel injector pump shall be carried out through a authorised service center on fully automatic testing machine. (ii) The quoted rates against the item shall deem to includ for fixing the serviceable parts in position and replacement of unserviceable parts with new parts, such as nuts, bolts, washers, locking nuts,’O’ rings, nozzle, plunger, barrel, governor plunger, pressure regulator, weight carrier assembly, spring pack assembly, gear pump repair kit etc.New spare parts will be measured & paid seperately. (iii) The quoted rates shall deemed to be included cost of transportation to and fro authorized service centre.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr width and getting out unused cables including forming bottom surface to required slope/gradient for laying cables/pipes etc. all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge including removing cable protection covers/ bricks & stacking serviceable bricks for reuse and disposal of unserviceable covers within 50 m all as directed. Note : (i) Excavation shall be carried out manually carefully in order to avoid damage of existing cables and brick protection. JCB will not be allowed for excavagion in trenches. (ii) The excavation work may be carried out in short lengths for locating fault in under ground cables at different locations.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers of 25 cm thick after the cables etc. are laid, jointed and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soils not exceeding 50 Mtr distance and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L for sand filling with clean dry fine sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches/ducts for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for old size sub class `B` bricks, kiln burnt, as in cable protection laid flat with axis of brick perpendicular to the axis of the cable complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing / laying only old retrieved bricks of any description as obtained from dismantling of the cable complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old existing unserviceable/ corroded GI tubing 50 to 80mm bore of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying & jointing GI water tubing, 80 mm bore, light grade as in sleeving etc laid in trenches / ducts etc. complete all as specified and directed. MAKE : TATA/JINDAL/TT SWASTIK.

Disconnecting & taking down old existing unserviceable MCCB /changeover switch of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing MCCB, 250 Amps, 3 pole, 415 Volts, AC supply, having breaking capacity Icu = 35/36 KA with adjustable thermal & magnetic setting, complete all as specified and directed. Make : L&T /LEGRAND/ ABB/Havells /Indoasian/UNILEC/HPL Note:- Make and frame size of MCCB shall be provided as per existing make so that it can be fitted in the existing panel.

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of front operated, ON Load type changeover switch, 4 pole, 415 volts, 50 HZ AC, of capacity 200 Amps with sheet enclosure conforming to IS/IEC 60947- 1 & 3 complete all as specified and directed. Make : L&T / ABB/Havells /Indoasian/UNILEC/HPL Note:- Make and frame size of changeover switch shall be provided as per existing s that it can be fitted in the existing panel.

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of front operated, ON Load type changeover switch, 4 pole, 415 volts, 50 HZ AC, of capacity 100 Amps with sheet enclosure conforming to IS/IEC 60947- 1 & 3 complete all as specified and directed. Make : L&T / ABB/Havells /Indoasian/ UNILEC/HPL Note:- Make and frame size of changeover switch shall be provided as per existing so that it can be fitted in the existing panel.

Taking down existing unserviceable panel any type by disconnecting u/s cable and accesories and Supply, installation, testing and commissioning indoor type cubicle panel board of size not less than 1800mm x1200mm x 450mm suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 v, 50 Hz and type tested at CPRI for 35 KA rupturing capacity at 415 volts factory fabricated in an approved factory having modern fabrication facility and comprising of following :- Panel shall be made out of 2.0mm thick CRCA sheet duly compartmentalized for each control gear, front and back openable single door system lockable/openable by keys from both sides, having louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air. ‘U’ type gasket shall be used to make the inner shell completely vermin proof and to accommodate incoming / outgoing MCCBs and TPN, bus bar of rating not less than the 1.5 times the rated capacity of the incomer MCCB, the TPN bus bar shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size ‘F’ class insulator made of non hygroscopic non combustible track resistant,

high strength FRP/SMC/DMC material at an interval not less than 500mm through out the length of the TPN bus bar. The cubicle incomer MCCB as well as outgoing shall have TPN aluminium extension links of current carrying capacity not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders. The extension links shall not be less than 300mm long supported on suitable size ‘F’ class insulators made of non hygroscopic, non combustible, track resistant, high strength FRP/SMC/DMC material having provision for termination of incomer and outgoing cables. All inter connections between the main bus bar as well as outgoing feeders shall be carried out with TPN aluminum bus bar of rating not less than 1.5 times rated capacity of individual outgoing feeders & should be insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeves. All control wires shall be with PVC insulated and sheathed 2.5 sqmm multistranded copper conductors and shall be properly bunched, tied, ferruled for proper identification and crimped with adequate size of copper lugs.

The cubical shall have a bottom channel of size 75x40mm duly coated with zinc metal coating having thickness not less than 100 microns. A detachable predrilled gland plate of thickness 2mm powder coated should be used at the bottom. The shell shall be powder coated Siemens grey structural RAL 7032 shade. The degree of protection for shell shall be IP-42, with following switchgears :- (i) Incoming :-(a) MCCB, 250 Amps, 3 pole, 415 Volts, AC supply, having breaking capacity Icu = 35/36 KA with adjustable thermal & magnetic setting, Qty -01 No.of Make : L&T / Havells/ ABB/Legrand. (b) Front operated ON Load type changeover switch 3 pole, 415 volts, 200 Amps without sheet enclosure of make : L&T / Havells/ ABB/Legrand Qty-01 No.

Supply & replacement of DG set canopy door gasket and hinges and provn of locking arrangement by welding of stainless steel hasp and staple assy with harrison locks for DG set canopy gates rating from 45 KVA to 125 KVA.

M&L labour for fabrication of battery box complete with locking arrangement made out of MS angle of size 25x4 mm MS sheet 3.15 mm suitable for housing of 12 Volts 90 AH battery and welding with chasis of DG set.

M&L for shifting of DG set upto 125 KVA any capacity by carefully diconnecting from position lifting the DG Set from the existing sub station/ plinth and shifting to new location not exceeding 750 metre and refixing at new location and making all the LT side connections and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Installation of DG set, testing and connecting the LT cables, commissioning on load after checking voltage and out put all as specified and directed shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates.

M & L PCC (1:4:8) type D-1 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) for Gen Set plinth /pole foundation complete all as specified and directed.
