M&L for double charged vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (Square/Rectangular), light shade, polished, area of each tile not exc. 0.36 sqm in floors, etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the tiles, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick/concrete surfaces mixing with WPC as per manufactures instruction, plastered surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid for as ‘supply only’ separately under appropriate Item.

M&L for rough cast plaster on brick walls consisting under coat of cement and sand mortar 1:3 not less than 10mm thick and while it is still in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio 1:1:1 shall be applied and finish even, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, conforming to IS and/or as approved, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applyingn one coat of wall care putty 2-3mm including rubbing down with sand paper to obtain a smooth finish surface and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion (as approved) over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

Note: Rates quoted by the tenderer shall be deemed to be included with following application as under :- (a) The surfaces shall be cleaned to remove loose dirt or dust, lichen, algae, fungi or any organic growth by use of stiff brush, washed well and allow water to dry. (b) All cracks, voids and minor damages shall be patched/repaired prior to application of paint with white cement putty or with plaster of paris.

M&L for preparing of newly rough cast plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of weather exterior emulsion paint (camouflage pattern as ordered) with approved tint over a coat of Primer (as per manufacturer's instructions), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old surfaces of walls by complete removal of existing treatment by sanding and applying Two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance interior paint of required shade with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm with rollers, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing of old decorated/treated wood and wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (first quality), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing, mixing & applying bonding Coat of approved adhesive SBR Polymer @ 10% of cement weight modified cementitious bond coat @ 2.2 Kg cement per sqm of surface area mixed with specified proportion of approved polymer on chipped portion of RCC, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : wk to be executed upto double storey.

Dismantling of bricks (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles laid dry and pointed in any mortar in floors, channels, over roof surfaces etc. in each layer, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of mud in roofs any thickness and stripping out/ taking down old existing tarfelt from any type of roof including plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment with polymeric water proofing membrane as under :- (a) Cleaning surface by wire brushing,brooming, removing dust complete (b) applying a coat of bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384 - 1965 @ 0.40 lit/Sqm and allow to dry. (c) Supply and laying five layer prefabricated Atactic polypropylene Polymer (APP) modified membrane of 3mm thick membrane (Weight not less than 3 Kg/Sqm) reinforced with 160gsm polyster non woven fabric with two coat of water proofing paint with alumnium finish on top including overlapping as per manufacturers instruction. Note : APP membrane shall be laid on primed surface by Torch application method after allowing 24 hrs for Primer to dry. On Accesible roof where Brick tile is laid APP membrane shall not be painted.

S&F for 40mm thick brick tiles jointed and pointed in CM (1:3) mixed with crude oil @ 5% by weight of cement over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing Only 40mm thick brick tiles jointed and pointed in CM (1:3) mixed with crude oil @ 5% by weight of cement over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Brick tiles obtained from dismantling shall be reused
