Supply of solidly Earthed, Aluminium Conductor, Armoured, XLPE Insulation, 6.6/11KV cables of size 400 Sq mm X 3 C as per Technical Specification prescribed at Annexure-TS-2
Supply of copper bonded MS strip having size 50x6 mm for connection of earthing from earth grid to equipment, as per Technical Specification prescribed at Annexure-TS-6.
Supply of 65 mm size, medium class GI pipe
Drawing of XLPE power cable of Grade 11 KV of the following size in the adjusting RCC/HDPE pipe closed ductable tray/subway or substation Grade11KV HT as per CPWD specification. Above 150sq.mm 3core up to 1000sq.mm.
Supplying and laying of duly ISI marked PVC insulated PVC sheathed armoured copper conductor 2.5 Sq mm. 10 Core control cable for working voltage upto 1.1 KV (as per technical specification provided in Annexure TS-5) in recess surface in existing cable duct/ RCC pipe/HDPE pipe/DWC pipe/cable tray etc. as per site requirement.
Laying of 50 x 6mm copper bonded strip at 0.50 meter below ground level/surface/in recess including connections/jointing, to connect equipment with earth grid.
Laying of 65mm size GI pipe horizontally at 0.5 meter below ground level/across the passage/wall/floor and vertically in recess/surface and drawing of 50x6mm copper bonded strip through it for earthing.
Establishment of foundation of Capacitor Bank using MS steel structure work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and enamel paint, complete in all respect as required at site.
