Dismantling flooring with tile/granite/cement concrete flooring work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50m lead For anythickness as per site condition to expose mother slab.
Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 m lead.
Dismantling existing aluminum partition with door / doors/windows as per the direction of the engineer in charge.
Supplying cutting bending and fabricating and placing in position as directed steel (SAIL, TISCO or RINL) reinforcement for RCC works in all floors, using MS or High Strength Deformed bars/RTS and MS binding wire 18 gauge etc complete at all levels. Fe 500D grade
Shear Connectors: Drilling 12mm dia holes up to a depth of 75mm maximum and fixing 8mm dia L shaped anchor rods as shear connectors at the required spacing on the surfaces of the columns/beams or any other structural member as the case may be. Clean the same using water and make sure that there are no fine particles present in the hole. Fill the drilled and cleaned holes to a minimum depth of 1/3rd of the hole with the Lokfix E75 or equivalent product of BASF. Make sure that the resin has reached till the end of the hole. At this stage push the shear connector gently in to the hole and finish the excess resin which comes out of the hole and allow the shear connectors not to be disturbed for minimum 20 minutes - complete. The rate shall include the cost of all the operations and etc., complete
Providing centering shuttering and form work for RCC works for all applicable RCC items in this schedule using best quality of film coated plywood / MS Sheets centering and shuttering materials, for required heights and sizes in all floors and all levels including charges for demoulding agent, removal of form work etc complete at all levels.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION / WORK METHODOLOGY FOR MICRO- CONCRETE/ NON-SHRINK CONCRETE 1. The existing concrete surface (after removal of the existing plaster) shall be cleaned thoroughly by wire brush cleaning and washed with copious amount of water by high pressure water-jetting. 2. Exposed reinforcement bars – if exposed and corroded shall be cleaned by manual wire-brush cleaning and applied with Concresive ZRi Epoxy Zinc rich primer of BASF or NITO ZINC (Fosroc) as per the technical and application recommendations of the manufacturer and allowed to dry for at least 24 hours. 3. Supplying and Applying Concresive 1414 of BASF / Nitobond EP – Epoxy based Bonding Agent over the above prepared Concrete using a stiff brush as per the technical and application recommendations of the manufacturer. 4. Supplying, mixing and pouring Renderoc RG of FOSROC / MasterEmaco® S 346 of BASF Cementitious Non-shrink, free flow Micro Concrete mixed with 6mm downgraded silt free aggregate with a ratio of 1:0.50 (1 part of micro-concrete : 0.50 part of 6mm aggregate by weight of micro concrete) into the erected formwork (rate inclusive of formwork), for a nominal thickness of 75mm and whilst the above Bonding agent is tacky, and as per the technical and application recommendations of the manufacturer. The formwork must be made out of good quality film coated plywood only, treated with a chemical release agent. 5. The formwork/shuttering shall be removed on the next day and cured by placing wet hessian bags over the treated member.
Cutting ‘V’ groove over the finished surface using diamond cutter- ‘V’ groove of 10 mm x 10 mm, & sealing with Sikaflex 11 FC (polyurethane sealant) (or MASTER FLEX 474 of BASF or equivalent product of / FOSROC) as per the manufacturers' specification and methodology.
12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Fine sand / corse sand)
Interior painting: (two or more coats over a primer coat including complete scraping, other surface preparation like removal of loose paint residuals, damaged plastering, repairs to plaster, white cement based (JK / Birla) touch up putty / primer and making good the wall surface etc) Applying interior paint of approved colour, make, brand and product at the approved rate of surface coverage of painting as per Annexure A.1.3. The interior paint shall be applied over dry surface after complete scraping and removal of all loose or defective paint or powdery residue using mechanical methods with Zero dust vaccum technology followed with sealing the surface with a coat of approved interior primer before application of top coat of exterior paint. The contractor shall also carryout necessary surface preparation including removal of loose plastering, patch plastering, crack filling, micro-concreting, application of damp proof coating and making good the wall surface etc wherever required before applying primer coat. The contractor should ensure complete covering of floors using tarpaulin / plastic sheet while taking up the work. The work shall be executed as per the detailed specifications and special conditions mentioned in the Annexure 1. The rate quoted shall be inclusive of charges towards all labour, material, transport, scaffolding, safety arrangements, Personal Protective Equipments (PPE), tools and plants etc.
PU INJECTION GROUTING-methodology and specification. 1. Holes of 10mm dia shall be drilled on the leakage/damp spot in the Ceiling of the R.C slab using a portable Electric drill and a non-return ball-valve packer shall be fixed in the holes. 2. Supplying and injecting PU based foam injection grout MEYCO MP355 1K of BASF or equivalent product– through the above fixed packers using a High-pressure one component Resin Injection pump until point of refusal. In case dripping of resin is observed through the packer hole, then the same shall be temporarily plugged with Masterseal 505 of BASF or equivalent product – Instant plugging compound. Note: Whilst we recommend the simultaneous injection of Acrylate Resin Masterflex 810 to stabilize the leak zone, this additional process would involve the fixing of an additional packer alongside the one fixed as in (1) above and the Acrylate resin Masterflex 810 shall be grouted with the same pump but after 24 hours of injecting Meyco MP355 1K of BASF or equivalent product of BASF.
Methodology and specification for micro fine cement based grouting. GROUTING 1. Holes of 18mm dia shall be drilled on the leakage/damp spot in the Ceiling of the R.C slab using a portable Electric drill and a PVC nozzle of suitable size shall be fixed in it. 2. Injecting Cementitious Injection grout using micro fine Cement of average particle size of 4 to 5 micron of Ammbuja cement Slurry admixed with Flowcable 50 – Non-shrink grout additive @ 250gms per Cement bag, through the above fixed nozzle until point of refusal. The nozzle shall then be plugged with Masterseal 505 – Instant plugging compound. 3. The nozzles can be removed the next day and the hole shall be plugged with Masterseal 505 – Instant plugging compound.
