Renovation of Crew rest room in Mettupalayam -2 branch.

FLOORING with Double charged nano VERTIFIED TILES of approved quality and colour of size 600x600x8 mm in all floors over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) base above the existing bed concrete and pointing with same colour cement added with colouring pigments complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing of 8mm thick Gypsum design board false ceiling in bays of size 600mmx600mm using powder coats G/L angle to the wall support and the main frames using powder coated 24x27mm T angles and intermediated with same T angle. The charge includes fixing the GI angles woth adjustable steel rods dropping from the roof purlins and truss and fixing the board in position and all costs and taxes etc complete.

Precast concrete solid block masonary using approved quality of solid concrete block of size 400x200x200 mm of grade C (5.0) conforming to IS 2185 ( part 1 ) 2005 with follwing cement mortor in accordance with IS 2572 - 2005 including mortor plastizer curring etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Plastering in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and Five M.sand) 20 mm thick in all floors and including mortor plastizer at 200 ml per 50 kg cement used curing Neat finishing etc complete complying with standard specification etc,. Complete ( item no.304)

Supplying and fixing of Aluminium window with 4mm plain glass, lock,etc complete as per stantard specification for corporation officers.

Painting New plastered wall surface with TWO COATS READY MIXED EMULSION paint of approved quality over a priming coat including cost of bruses and all other materials required and the scaffolding charges all floors including cleaning preparing the surface etc. complete complying as directed by the departmental officers as per standard specification.
