COMPREHENSIVE REPAIR/MAINT TO CERTAIN BLDGS AT MH COMPLEX IN THE AOR OF AGE B/R HAIG LINE UNDER THE AOR OF GE DEOLALI

S & F powder coated aluminum alloy interlocking snap grid 600mm x 600mm consists of Min Tee runners of size 38mm x 38mm x 1.5mm and cross Tee of size 38mm x 38mm x 1.5mm, spaced between the main Tee at 600mm centre to centre to form a grid of 600mm x 600mm incl fixing/hanging with truss/purlin on GI wire from roof complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 4mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building boards of make 'E board classic designer board (Cascade or Occenic) of M/S Everest industries Ltd or equivalent as approved, fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for in repairs 5 to 8 mm thick interlocking PVC hollow wall panelling fixed with self tapping screw of approved colour and design complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge incl dismantling of old unserviceable board any type .

S&F for 0.50mm thick GI channel sheet of width 35-45mm for wall panelling channel inclusive of fixing on to wall to make level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid joint free ceramic tiles of size 7 to 8mm thick (coloured) (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm, in floors, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl item No 7 above but in skirting over 10mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 8mm thick (square/rectangular) Vitrified ceramic tiles area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm not exc 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl item No 9 above but in skirting over 10mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.
