Excavation in Soil using Hydraulic Excavator CK 90 and Tippers with Disposal upto 1000 metres. Excavation in Ordinary Rock using Hydraulic Excavator CK-90 and Tippers with Disposal upto 1000 metres.Excavation for roadway in ordinary rock with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, transporting to embankment site within all lifts and lead upto 1000 m, trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections. carted for disposal up to 3 KM in embankment. and As per Direction of E/I.

Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of a regular pits not exceeding 0.50m in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5 m lift and 30m lead. The earth in form of cutting to be used as spoil banks within 50m distance as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 of MORTH Specification and As per Direction of E/I.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per MORTH Specification clause 406. As per Direction of E/I.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means. As per MORTH Specification No. 502 and As per Direction of E/I.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm over bitumens surface on the prepared for bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. On bitumens surface As per MORTH Specification No. 503 and As per Direction of E/I.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam II with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (V.G.-30) @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH clause No. 505 complete in all respects. and As per Direction of E/I.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete II with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 5.4 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH clause No. 507 complete in all respects and As per Direction of E/I.

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, Clay or Sand) Including lift upto 1.50 m and lead upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer In-charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches. As per Direction of E/I.

Sand filling in plinth excluding supply of necessary quantity of sand including watering dressing, ramminh etc. required for proper completion of work (Lead upto 30m & lift 1.5m)

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:4:8 of not less than strength of Stone ballast (40 mm nominal size) approved coarse sand and cement, curing complete, Including cost of form work. In Foundation and floors. As per Direction of E/I.

Class-150 brick work in 1:3 cement and course sand of 1.25 fineness modulus mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. As per Ch. 6 S.I. No. 6.8

RCC work Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete in Raft foundation, including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and excluding reinforcement - All work up to plinth level in :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) .As per Ch. 5 Sr. No.10,S.I. No. 5.1(M-20)

RCC work Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete,Slab including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and excluding reinforcement - Above plinth level upto fifth floor level in :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) As per Ch. 5 Sr. No. 11,S.I. No. 5.1
