Operation and maintenance of IE Plant (Pressure Type) providing an experienced operator including reggular back wash by operation of compressure and blower machine etc. (2 shifts 4 hours each) complete as per direction of EIC.

Daily wages of valve operatiojn cum Guard to be paid Rs 487 / day This including Bonus @ 8.33 % & excluding Rs 62 as Employers contribution of EPF & ESI) Bonus @ 8.33% to be paid during festivals like Durga Puja / Id - ul -Zoha etc once a year [ Labour Rate / day = Rs 487 Total including Bonus @ 8.33% = Rs 487.00 x 8.33 % + Rs 487= 527.57 Overhaed Expenses @ 5% = Rs 487.3 x 5% + Rs 527.57 = Rs 551.92 Considering Contractors Profit @ 10% = Rs 551.92 x 10% + Rs 551.92 = Rs 607.112 Adding EPF @ 3.25% & ESI @ 13% = Rs Rs 684.00

Collection of water sample for Chemical analysis and test including charges for submission of tests reports at least one time in each month. Test should be done from departmental Laboratory. ( Testing charge should be deposited by agency at his/ their own cost prior to each test)[ This item will be paid only on production test reports and making payments in GRIP portal]

Provisional charges Scraping the outer surface of shells of I.E. Plant and all other parts of I.E. Palnt with brush, charcoals and painting the outer surface with enamel paint of approved quality including inlet and outlet pipe, sluice valve, Oxidation Chamber etc. ( Once/ Year) (This item will be paid only on production of receipt / voucher of materials purchased duly certified by the Sub-Divisional officers)

Provisional charges for Sundry and petty repair including periodical charges of Engine Oil. Gear Oil required for lubrication of all parts & periodical inspection and servicing by bonafide technician as required as per direction of E.I.C. (This item will be paid only on production of receipt/ voucher of materials purchased duly certified by the Sub-Divisional officers

Provisional charges for Repairing of unserviceable spares of I.E. Plant in sluice valve, gunmetal valve etc. including supply of Nuts Bolts and washers, gland packing all complete as per direction of E.I.C. (This item will be paid only on production of receipt/ voucher of materials purchased duly certified by the Sub-Divisional officers)
