Material and labour for plain cement concrete type D-2 (1:4:8), using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 75 mm thick , as in sub base, surface finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour 20 mm thick Granite ( of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps , jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking plateforms and like in cement mortar ( 1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over 20mm thick screeding in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note: screed bed shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor.)

Material and labour for Slip shield Non skid ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but nexc 0.36 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match etc over and including screed bed or bedding layer 15 mm thick in cement morter 1:4 for laying tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Screed bed/Bedding layer shall not be measured and paid seperately.

Material and labour glazed ceramic coloured (Printed) tiles, 350mmx250mmx7mm/450mm x 350 mm x 7mm thick, in dado skirting and vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement to match including rendering 10 mm thick in cement morter 1:3 for laying tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. ( Note: screed bed shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor.)

Material and labour for precast reinforced cement concrete design mix-M-25 (20 mm graded stone aggs) as in landings, cover slabs, chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately

Material and labour for Mild steel TMT bars 8 to 10 mm dia., cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for use and waste Form work to soffits of suspended slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200 mm thick fair finished complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing solid PVC double door frame of size 50mm x 95 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with Mild steel square tube , supplying and fixing in opening as per specifications complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Factory Made Solid PVC Moulded Door Shutter with partilcle board 28 to 30 mm thick (stiles),with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded Prelam PVC Sheet on the front face & 2mm prelam PVC Sheet on back face, supplying & fixing in frame at site as per specification complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing butt Hinges, medium weight, cold rolled mild steel, 100 mm size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Aluminium, anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed, 200 mm length of bolt complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Aluminium handles, cast type anodised, 150 mm long complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing 300 mm long Aluminium alloy. Anodised, sliding door bolt with hasp, staple ( bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet , cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminium alloy and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs 140 mm floor door stopper of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised with hard drawn steel spring complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixed rotational moulded poly-ethylene water storage tanks ( cylinderical vertical with closed top ) 500 litres capacity ,hoisted and fixed in position (ISI Marked embossed) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing vitreous china wash basin (WHB) , white , flat back , size 550 mm x 400 mm (1st quality) including brackets, waste fittings , brass Chromium plated for glazed basins etc. with long screw shanks and fly nuts , flange end embedded in red lead cement , including cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or erecting stand but exclusive of fixing of supply pipe and supply of taps complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixed, CP stop valve ( concealed type) long fancy type screwed down for 15 mm bore dia. pipe, high pressure, with crutch handle , screwed externally both ends for unions etc. and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixed in repairs PVC connections 15 mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for Powder coated aluminium window frame with frame of section 100mm x44mm, thickness of sheet 1.6 gauge, incl slididing shutters with shutter of section 32mmx15mm(with and incl Triple track and 2 Nos Glazed shutter and 01 No Gauzed shutters) incl stainless steel wire mesh, rubber gasket for securing the glass, 4mm thick tinted glass, aluminium grill and necessary Aluminum moongreies and hndles incl necessary locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing framed work Rolled sections as in framing for wall cladding, glazing, ceiling and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates, etc of angles or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering complete Fe 410W. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing 25mm thick lnsulated PVC Wall Lining consisting of PVC Insulated Panels having expanded polystyrene (EPS) stuck to 2mm thick prelam colour PVC sheet duly fitted into the wall as per specifications. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing PVC insulation panels with EPS stuck to 1mm printed PVC sheet used in lieu of plain PVC sheet suitably placed in false ceiling grid made of Aluminium/G.I./M.S. as per specification. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of 50mm thick semi height PVC partitions consisting of 40mm sandwitch PVC panel made out of 36mm high density expended polystyrene sheet (EPS- Trhermo cool) stuck on both side with 2mm thick plain PVC foam sheet of density 600 kg/Cbm reinforced with frame work made from 35mmx5mm M.S angles. In between two M.S. angles 5 mm thick plain heat moulded PVC 'C' channel of size 50x100mm with feathered edges shall be fixed on the floor & 50x75mm with feathered edges plain PVC 'C' channel shall be fixed in top MS -Frame work. Sandwich PVC panel shall be inserted in top & bottom PVC 'C' channel. In between adjoining EPS sandwich PVC partitions panel 5mm thickx 75mm width plain PVC sheet feathered at edges shall be stuck on front and back face using solvent cement etc. In places where two partitions meet to from an 'L' shape the panels are joined 5mm thick plain heat moulded PVC sheet 'L' section of size 75mmx75mm with feathered edges shall be fixed on front & back side. This is done to maintain symmetry of design. An additional 5mm thick PVC strip of 40mm width is to be stuck on the interior side of the 'C' channel using PVC solvent adhesive,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for point wiring for one light / fan / bell point with 4.0 sqmm cable PVC unsheathed and insulated copper multistranded conductor ( HR - FRLSH ) 1100 Volts grade cable ( red colour cable to be used for live connection and black colour cable to be used for neutral connection ) controlled by one way switch drown through and including PVC concealed/surface conduit or casing caping with all accessories including 2.5 sqmm copper multistrand conductor (HR - FRLSH ) 1100 Volts grade unsheathed PVC insulated ( green colour ) continuity earth wire connected to common earth dolly and sunk cast pressed steel terminal box made out of MS sheet 1.25 mm thick for mounting of fittings like switch , socket and fan regulator with 3 mm thick hylum laminated sheet cover incl cutting Chases pinning in, for concealed conduit wiring and making goods of disturbed surface not exc 15 cm girth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour point wiring for light point/ fan point one light/fan/bell point controlled by one, one way switch using 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area multistranded copper conductor ,PVC insulated unsheathed FR cables in and including suitable size PVC casing and caping (ISI marked) , including pressed steel terminal switch boxes , 3 mm thick bakelite sheet top cover (ISI Marked) fitted with Chromium plated brass screws & washers and 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectioanl area multistranded copper conductor FR PVC insulated unsheathed earth wire and connecting to earth dolly and brass screws, washers etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
