Repair & Maintenance of existing lift electrically operated Microprocessor control with 10HP induction Motor and speed of 1.0 M/sec complete cap 08 passenger/544Kg (operation suitable for G+11) lift of Johnson Make installed at AGV complex, Air Force Station Kanpur by engaging authorised electrician/mechanic for OEM including replacement of the following original spares installed in Johnson make lift and as required at site:- Note:-(a) All minor spares as required are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (b) The lift must be tested as per BIS 14665-2000 at site before making it operational and must be checked by lift inspector of the State Govt. department. Necessary enabiling civil work is deemed to be included in this item. (c) The undermentioned major items that are to be supplied & fixed are included in the scope of work. However, if any other minor items not listed/mentioned in the tender and are essentially required for smooth functioning of lift shall be provided by the OEM at no extra cost.Nothing extra shall be payble to the contractor on this account. (d) The rates are inclusive of supply, installation, testing and commisioning of items catered under this item. (e) The contractor shall enter a MOU with OEMs for repair,maintenance and replacing of spare parts of lifts. (f) List of lifts installed at Akash Ganga Vihar under this item are at Block No 'A' 'D' 'E' 'H' 'J' 'K' 'L' (g) Spare parts shall be as per OEM of lift or any standard make confirming to relevant IS . Before commencement make of spare parts shall be got approved by GE.

NOTE: Applicable for item no 01,02,03 and 04 (all lifts): (a) Contractor shall provide the following items : (i) Floor annunciator with music (ii) Intercom (iii) Pit Ladder (iv) DO/Don'ts instruction plate in car (v) Emergency light. (b) The cost of these items shall deemed to be included in item cost and nothing extra shall be payable to contractor. (c) Any minor/major repair/replacement in the plant/lift if required will be carried out by the contractor without any extra payment within the defect liability period. (d) During defect liability period contractor shall provide services for OEM trained technician by deploying 01 (One) trained technician (including Sunday and Holiday) for lift for attending/monitoring the breakdown and preventive maintenance of entire lifts. (e) The cost of technician alongwith T&P required for technician shall deemed to be included and nothing extra shall be admissible within the defect liability period. (f) The technician shall be competent in following field:- (i) Trouble shooting, repair and maintenance of lift control panels (ii) Uploading and downloading of ladder logic based programme. (iii) Act as assistant for rescue in case of any failure of lift. (iv) Technician shall be responsible for all short of periodical servicing required for the system like a cabin, doors control panel, drives, pulley, chain, gears system, electric motor, sensors etc. (g) Contractor shall provide required T&P for technician so employed. (h) Penalty : A sum of Rs 1000/- shall be deducted from contractor's dues if breakdown/ rescue not attended by technician within a period of 04 hours. (j) The contractor shall enter a MOU with OEMs for the provision of lift and further maintenance within defect liability period. (k) Contractor shall provide mobile to technician for communication. (l) An amount equal to 2% of the contract sum shall be reserved for a period till completion of defect liability period in addition to performance guarantee. Alternatively the contractor can furnish FDR drawn in favour of Accepting officer for a period of two years. The amount shall be released after satisfactorily completion of defect liability period.
