Repair to Deptt. Water tanker No. JK02BV-2153 by way of change of Engine oil, Gear oil (from Gear box and Differential System) after flushing out old used oil. Providing and fitting of new oil filter, air filter and diesel filter set, air cleaner rubber etc. and then Filling of fresh engine oil (provided by the deptt.) and Gear oil in Gear box and Differential System (provided by the Department). Job includes checking of all the four wheels after dismantling of wheels. Segregation of components, washing properly all the component in diesel. Providing and fitting of front wheel bearing inner 01 no., front wheel outer – 1 No., brake lining front 1 set complete, rear wheel bearing outer 01 no., rear wheel bearing inner - 01 Nos., brake lining rear 1 set complete. All oil seals, brake oil- ½ ltr., P&F of 04 kg grease, greasing of all the wheels, making adjustment of brakes and bleeding thereof. Job includes repair to fuel pump and Injector by ways of dismantling it & extracting of worn out parts and p/f of new one in place of old one. P/F of complete overhauling kit to pump, re-assembling of pump, setting of pressure of nozzles and calibration of fuel pump .Job also includes repairs to propeller shaft by way of Dismantling, extraction of worn-out parts and replacement with p/f of new parts i.e. UJ cross-02 no., Half yoke-02 no’s, cross holder-01 no, Slip and yoke teeth set-01 set, coupling nut/ bolt-04 no assembling and alignment of propeller shaft. Job also includes repair to Self of the vehicle by way of dismantling of Self starter for repairs with P/F of new parts in place of defective parts i.e Self carbon brush set-01 set, Field coil -01 set, bendix drive-01 no., petrol for cleaning of parts, self solenoid switch-01 no., and voltage regulator-01 no. and complete checking & fitting after repair Complete job including cost of material and labour charges.

Providing and fitting of new oil filter, air filter and diesel filter set etc. and then Filling of fresh engine oil and Gear oil in Gear box and Differential System (provided by the Department).Job includes P/F of new clutch plate assembly inplace of old wornout/defective part. Job also includes repairs to turbocharger of the vehicle by way of removing/dismantling and the P/F of new turbocharger in place of defective/ worn out parts of vehicle i.e P/F of new parts i.e. Turbocharger kit-01 no., Turbo core, impellar, turbo body, exhaust manifold, hosepipe set. and then assembling, fitting to the vehicle and testing. Job includes repair to Air Conditioning System of the vehicle by way of P/F of new Aluminum pipe in place of damaged pipe through proper brazing to Aluminum pipe wherever required. Refilling of Gas in compressor of the vehicle and then checking of leakage if any on full load so as to ensure proper working of cooling system. Job includes replacement of old/worn out Ruber bedding from front and back doors with new one. Complete job includes the cost of material and labour charges.
