Preparation of old surfaces of ceiling including brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc. and applying one coat of white wash, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer –in-Charge.

Prepartation of old painted steel or iron surfaces over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of lime concrete/ lean concrete/ brick bats from sunken portion exc. 15 cm thickness (above ground level), including removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified.

Water proofing treatment to sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc. by applying cement slurry mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound coating of make as approved by GE:- (a) 15 mm thick plaster (1:4) in cement sand mortar with integral water proofing compound 2 % by weight of cement on floor and wall, finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement. The surface shall then be cured and allowed to dry. (Note: Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately). (b) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 Kg/Sq.m mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.253 Kg/Sq.m. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hrs. (c) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 Kg/Sq.m mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.126 Kg/Sq.m. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours.

PCC (1:2:4), type B-1, using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates, using integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, as in padding concrete to sunken floor, covering to junction of floor and vertical walls including chamfering on edges, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in -Charge. Note: Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately

Supply only integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified.

Steel water tubes, 40 mm bore, medium grade, galvanized, as in spout for sunken floor, fixed in wall, inside end fixed with wire netting and external beveled edge at 45 degree, complete all as specified and directed.

Lean concrete (1:5:10), type E-2, using 40 mm brick coarse aggregate, as in sunken portion, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing with connections or fittings from wall, ceiling, floor etc.,including cleaning for refixing or removing from site , complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore steel tubing with connections or fittings from wall, ceiling, floor etc.including cleaning for refixing or removing from site , complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 15mm dia tubes medium grade, galvanized, with all fittings such as sockets, bends, elbows, tees etc, concealed/surface fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cutting chases as required shall be measured and paid seperately.

All as per srl item No 14 here in before but except pipe or G I tubing (serviceable pipes/GI tubing as obtained from Srl item No 12 shall be used, the rate includes for cleaning of pips also).

S & F 20 mm dia tubes medium grade, galvanized, with all fittings such as sockets, bends, elbows, tees etc, concealed/surface fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cutting chases as required shall be measured and paid seperately.

All as per srl item No 16 here in before but except pipe or G I tubing (serviceable pipes/GI tubing as obtained from Srl item No 13 shall be used, the rate includes for cleaning of pips also).

Cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth in brick walls , complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting holes into or through brick walls built in cement or cement lime mortar and making good disturbed portion in cement mortar (1:3) or cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-l (using stone aggregate) as required , Superficial area exceeding 150 sqcm but not exceeding 400sqcm , complete all as specified and directed.

Dismentling of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description including cast-in-situ terrazzo (below or above ground level), not exc. 15 cm thickness, including removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tile to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

25 mm thick, PCC (1:2:4), type B-0 (12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in flooring finished even & rough to receive the bedding mortar of tiles etc., complete all as specified.

First quality, Non skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sq.m but not exceeding 0.11 Sq.m, laid in floors with neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Square metre over and including 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles, complete all as specified.

First quality, glazed ceramic coloured tiles, 6-7mm thick of size 450mmx350mm fixed in pattern of different colour tiles including border of dark shade tiles, in skirting, dado with set and jointed in neat cement slurry, over and including 10 mm thick rendering of cement mortar (1:3), including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles, complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls & concrete surfaces & the like including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., any description, including removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified.

Rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and fair, complete all as specified.(Note :- The work is rquired to be executed in G+2 storey building , the rates include for scaffolding etc )

Rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

Rendering10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces or ceiling surfaces and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement ,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing , in repair , water closet (squatt pattern) including foot rest , vitreous china (white) ,first quality water closet, Orissa pattern size 580x440mm with integral foot rests, including 100mm cast iron 'P' or 'S' trap and 100mm cast iron sanitary connection socket to fit WC outlet , complete including fixing of flush pipe with seat and making good the disturbed floor surfaces to match with existing and making connections serviceable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair , PVC low level, white, flushing cistern, valve-less, symphonic action type, 10 litres capacity with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including PVC flush pipe 32 mm dia with bend and a pair of mild steel angle iron brackets of suitable size including making necessary connection to water supply pipe line and WC, complete all as specified and directed.

Factory made polyvinyl chloride door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm with a wall thickness as 5 mm, made out of extruded 5mm PVC foam sheet, mitre cut at two corners and joined by inserting 2 Nos of 150mm long brackets of 15 mm x 15 mm MS square tube. Continuous (piano) hinges, mild steel, bright finish or electro galvanised, 30 mm wide flap (when open), fixed in repairs, complete all as specified.

100 mm size hasp and staple, safety type, aluminium anodized with mild steel hinge pin including bolt to hinge plate and fixed with screws, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified.

Dismantling of brickwork / brick masonry, built in cement or cement lime mortar , including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius in cement mortar (1:4), using old size bricks, complete all as specified.

All as per item No. 92 here in before but except bricks. Note:- Serviceable bricks retrieved from Serial item No 91 here-in-before shall be reused(rates include for cleaning and handling of bricks also)

Raking out joints of old brick tiles/ cement concrete tiles , laid on roof , average 10 mm deep and cleaning with wire brush and re-grouting and flush pointing the joints in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement to make it leak proof, complete all as specified including removing all grass, bushes, dirt and dust etc.

Uprooting completely tree/ plants (upto 30 cm girth) from wall or any part of building upto double story buildings, making good disturbed portion and filling holes in cement mortar (1:3) PCC (1:2:4) to match with the existing surfaces, complete all as specified.
