Oil Distempering Two Coats over Plastering Surface including cost and conveyance of materials and labour charges etc complete

Exterior Emulsion painting two coats with best approved quality and colour paint over one coat of Base coat including cost and convyance of all materials to work site and labour charges etc., complete.

Painting two coats over old iron work such as doors, windows, ventilators, windows bars, balustrades etc., with best approved best quality of synthetic enamal paint of approved colour over the existing priming coat etc., complete.

Earth work excavation for foundation in all class of soils except hard rock requiring blasting but shoring shuttering and baling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of the foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surpous earth in all palces shown by the departmental officers with initial lead and lift etc including levelling the site etc., complete with standard specification in hard stiff cllay, stiff black cotton soil, hard fred earth, shale murums, gravel stoney earth, and earth mixed with 50% fair sized boulders, and hard gravelly soil in foundation.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing,laying and curing etc complete for 10 cum.e

Brick work in cement Mortor 1:5 (One cement and live sand) using II class Bricks for the following including mixing mortar and all other labour charges etc complete Above basement

Granolithic floor finishing with CC1:2:4 mix using 10mm to 12mm IRC chips 25mm thick including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc complete.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix to 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete for 10 Sqm.

Supplying and fixing P.V.C rainwater down fall pipe of 110mm dia with necessary shoes, bends,& clamps etc.,

Supply and fixing of WT bulk head fitting with guard ( Philips / Bajaj / Crompton / K Lite ) suitable for incandescent lamp with 60 W bulb.SD 84

Supply and fixing of single boxtype 4'40W fluorescentfitting complete with copper choke and condensor with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed copper leads from terminals to the fittingincluding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges etc completeSD88

Supply and fixing of 1200 mm ( 48") AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic 300 W regulator with 300 mm down rod on the existing clamp. SD 106

Supplying and erecting centering for sides Centering for soffits of RCC slabs of plane surface like lintels, beams ,etc.,including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm X 60cm X and B.G 10 stiffened with M.S angles of size 25mm X 25mm X '3mm laid over silver Oak (C.W) joists of size 10cm X 6.5cm (spaced at about 90cm c/c )and supported dy casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia (spaced of 75cm C/C) complying with standard specification.

Supplying fabricating and placing in position of ribbed steel rods for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors etc., complete

RCC 1:2:4 mix using 20 mm ISS HBG metal for RCC items of work excluding items of works excluding centering,shuttering, and ost of reinforcement grill ,out including curing etc complete and also including fixing fan clamps and ixtures in rcc works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete.
