Disconnecting and removing ceiling fan of 1200/1400 mm sweep any height from electrical connection bringing down, dismantling, cleaning internally and externally thoroughly examine and rewinding of the ceiling fan with equivalent new super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge and weight as per manufacturer's design and instructions including varnishing for ceiling fan complete including replacement of worn out/defective parts such as capacitor, sealed ball bearing, rubber bushes , split pins, cotter pins and check nuts etc overhauling, lubricating with approved lubricants, reassembling and refixing in original position with provision of new flexible wire of size 23/0.0076 multistranded copper conductor cable from ceiling rose to fan including painting of ceiling fan complete with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler , one coat after cleaning all dust etc & testing complete all as specified and as directed.
