REPAIR / MAINT AND CLEANING OF SEWAGE INSTALLATIONS INCLUDING PIPELINES, MOTOR AND PUMPS OF STP ETC AT MILITARY STATION ABOHAR.

Priodical maint of equalizing tank of size 4.7 meter dia and up to 10 meter deep of sewage water tank and removing /cleaning of tank by scrapping with wire brush or any other means of walls and bottom of tank and removing the sludge /silt/sand/fungus etc deposited inside the sumps /tanks with buckets and depositing where directed , including removing media of settel down and making good the patches on walls internally or externally in cement mortar 1:3 where rquired and followed by cleaning with bleaching water solution and fresh water and finally applying one coat of snow cem on internal and external surface including writing the date of cleaning in white colour on black , background on external walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.Note : Contractor will be responsible for all safety precaution of worker.

M&L for Cleaning of sludge,soil,dirt from sludge drying bed removing the sludge/soil to a distance not less than 50 mtr and not exceeding 100 m from the sludge drying tank . Making dry the side wall, removal of all mud, grass, bushes alongwith and removing/staking the sameto out side incl scraping the wall surface with wire brush,cleaning the wall with fresh water including white wash complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Cleaning of underground sewage treated water Sump at Bn-I, Bn-II and Bn-III , 175 MH and 89 Bde by means of dewatering the water, desliting and removing the muddy water and sludge from the tank,incl existing stacked soil held near the tank and remove out side to defance land from the Sump with the help of machinary as reqired . Making dry the side wall and bottom, cleaning the walls & bottom with fresh water incl removing grass,bushes & branches of plants (installation) including white wash complete cleaning of Sewage sump using man power as required.

M&L for painting the surface of each pump -motor set of any cap. as per requirement places complete with one coats of primer and two coat of enamel paint as per MES colour code including preparation of surface by scrubbing down old existing paint as directed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning of Sewage treatment installation area, Sewage clear water pumpimg area, Sewage pump house no. 1, 2,3,and other if any required with the help of mannualy or grass cutting machine fuel included and other accessories. Cleaninig included cutting of normal grass heavy grass, trimming of trees, and if any all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for painting the surface of CI/GI pipe of size up to 300 mm with valve, as per requirement places complete with one coats of primer and two coat of enamel paint as per MES colour code including preparation of surface by scrubbing down old existing paint as directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for servicing and overhauling of existing DMF(Daul media filter) and ACMF (Activated Carbon media filters) of size 3 meter dia and 3 mtr length including welding of rusted parts and painting of all media filter with one coat of primer and two coat of syntahtic enamel paint on both inner and outer side complete including disconnecting of old existing pipe connections and removal of old existing filter media (gravel, Carbon, Sand etc.) one by one, washing media, removing sludge and all foreign materials. After that replacement of Fileter media (Pebbles size 1.5" to 1 ", Garvels size 0.5 ",Silica quartz size 0.4 to 0.6 mm, Anthrasite Coal (Activated carbon) etc. as per DMF & ACMF norms and replacement of nozells of existing size and lenth as per requirement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L disconnecting electric connections,dismantling,taking up centrifugal pumping set capacity 5/7.5 HP from existing foundation,transporation to workshop for repair, and back to installation after repairing and welding,brazing,facing grinding, turning repairing/replacement of defective parts,re-assemblying andfixing to its original position and testing pumping set complete all as specified.

Supply only following spare parts of centrifugal pump set 5/7.5 HP

(c ) Stainless steel shaft

(d) Ball bearing as per existing size and make

(e) Gland plate as per existing size

M & L disconnecting electric connections,dismantling,taking up centrifugal pumping set capacity 15/20 HP from existing foundation,transporation to workshop for repair, and back to installation after repairing and welding,brazing,facing grinding, turning repairing/replacement of defective parts,re-assemblying andfixing to its original position and testing pumping set complete all as specified.

M & L for lifting , taking out , dismantling and strip opening of worn out / defective electric motor of 20 HP, 3 phase , 415 volts, taking out burnt startor winding , servicing cleaning of startor slots , bearing bushes etc. rewinding of startor coils with superior quality of copper enamel wire of existing size and specification including insulation material , varnisihing and drying complete reassembleing , testing installed and connected at original location complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : transporation, lifting, change of U/S nut bolts and necessary concrete work shall be included in thequated rate.

M&L for repair/maint of scrapper mechanism of clarifier tank with replacement of bearing,shaft coupling, mechanical seal, oiling ,greasing including complete over hauling of motor and Gear mechenism including painting etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Collection of sample of sewage treated water from sewage treatment plant and testing it through Govt approved laboratory for testing the ph, COD(mg/l) TSS (mg/l) oil and grease (mg/l) & coliform MPN/100 ml complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- Contractor shall collect the sample within two days on the direction of Engr-in-Charge and submit the test report within one week.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for foundations or laying cables/pipes etc. and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers of Soft/loose soil not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specifiedand directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removal of excavated material to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.by Engr-in-charge
