Earth work in excavation in soils containing 50% or more of shingle or small size boulders upto 30 cm size including banking in 20 cm layers and breaking clods, ramming and dressing up for the purpose of making embankments or filling up ground depressions lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.50 m.

Earth work in excavation in foundation and trenches in soils containing 50% or more of shingle or small size boulders upto 30 cm size, lift upto 1.50 m and stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 m clear from the edge of the excavation and returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required, into plinth, sides of foundation etc consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50m.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 3 : 6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centring an shuttering in: (a)Foundations and plinth

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centring and shuttering in : (a)Foundations and plinth.

Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Reinforced concrete work in foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. and mass concrete excluding cost of centring, shuttering and reinforcement in : a)M-20 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Reinforcement cement concrete work in columns, pillars, piers, abutments, post and struts etc up to floor two level including finishing and plastering the exposed surface with cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) of thickness not exceeding 6 mm to give a smooth and even surface but exluding cost of centring, shuttering and reinforcement. b) M-20(1 cement :1.5 coarse sand : 3 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Reinforced cement concrete work in lintels, beams and bresumers up to floor two level including finishing and plastering the exposed surface with cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) of thickness not exceeding 6 mm to give a smooth and even surface but excluding cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement. a)M-20 (1 cement :1.5 coarse sand : 3 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying up to floor two level cement 1 : 2 : 4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including centring shuttering in : a) Kerbs, steps and the like.

Reinforcement of RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete. b) Tar/TMT steel

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form work for : a) Foundation, footings, bases of columns etc. and mass concrete.

b) Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.

e) Column, pillars, posts and struts etc.

d) Lintels, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers etc.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete b) Size of Tile 600x600 mm

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete. b) Size of Tile 600x600 mm

Brick work with best available local bricks in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand).

Extra for brick work with best available local bricks in superstructure above plinth level up to floor two level.

Provoding approved best available local wood (Class - B-II) work in frames of doors, windows clestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position.

Providing and fixing MS grills of required pattern in wooden frames of windows etc with MS flat, square or round bars with round headed bolts and nuts or by screws. a) Ornamental grill

Steel work in built up tubular trusses cutting, hosting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer welded and bolted including special shaped washers etc complete (welding to be Paid separately).

Providing and fixing soft wood 'EVE' board 25 mm thick and 225 mm wide including painting two coats complete as directed.

Providing and fixing panelled, glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including aluminium butt hinges with necessary screws. a) 38mm thick best available local wood class - B I

Providing and fixing 40 x 3 mm flat iron hold fasts 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10 mm dia bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embedding in cement concrete block 30 x 10 x 15 cm in 1 : 3 : 6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 hard stone chips 40 mm nominal size).

Providing and fixing aluminum Tower bolts anodized or transparent or dyed to required color or shade with necessary screws etc complete. c) 150 x 10 mm

Providing and fixing aluminum Handles anodised transparent or dyed to required color or shade with necessary screws etc complete. b) 100 mm

Providing corrugated G.I.sheet roofing fixed with galvanised iron J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 8 mm dia with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead complete, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses. b) 0.63 mm thick GI sheet

Providing ridges or hips 60 cm overall in plain G.I. sheet fixed with galvanised iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia. G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete. b) 0.63 mm thick GI sheet

Providing best available local wood (Class - B II) work in frames of false ceiling, partitions and trusses etc, sawn and put up in position.

Providing and fixing 4.0 mm thick asbestors plain sheet ceiling of approved quality with necessary nails etc.complete (frame work for base to be paid separately).

Providing and fixing plain, square edged wooden beading 38 mm x 12 mm section with screws of approved quality for ceiling.

Extra for making chamfered edges of beading.

Providing and fixing, fly proof galvanized MS wire gauge of IS gauge designation 85 g with wire of dia 0.56 mm to windows and clerestory windows including 62 x 19 mm beading of best available local wood.

12 mm cement plaster 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand).

Distempering(Two or more coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on new work over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.

Colour washing such as green, blue or buff on new work (two or more coats) including a base coat of white washing with lime to give an even shade.

Applying priming coat with ready mix pink primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work complete.

Paining two or more coats (excliding priming coat) with superior ready mixed paint for wood work of approved brand and manufacture in all shades on new work to give an even shade.

Construction of cement concrete drain 30 cm wide and 23 cm deep in cement concrete 1 : 3 : 6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 hard graded stone chips/shingle 40 mm and down gauge) 8 cm thick on sides and bottom and plastering on all exposed surfaces with 12 mm thick cement mortar1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) including shuttering complete.

Making plinth protection 50 mm thick of cement concrete 1 : 3 : 6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 stone aggregate using 20 mm nominal size) over 75 mm bed of stone ballast 40 mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finsihing the top smooth.
