Supply, fabrication, testing and delivery of 3 mtr long decorative steel Poles manufactured from hot-dip galvanised steel pipe, comprising two sections, namely a bottom section of 1000 mm length with 114 mm diameter and a top section of 2000 mm length with 50 mm diameter. the bottom portion shall be provided with an aesthetic ornamental base made of FRP / GRP to conceal foundation bolts, and a cast aluminium ornamental spigot shall be provided at the joint of the bottom and top sections. the base plate shall be 12 mm thick and 300 mm diameter with 200 mm PCD, suitable for 4 nos. foundation bolts of 16 mm diameter and 600 mm length. A service window shall be provided at the bottom of the pole for connector, MCB and cable management. The pole shall undergo extensive surfacetreatment including sand blasting, PU-based etch primer and PU matt finish paint, making it completely rust and corrosion resistant and providing a superior aesthetic finish. CMC logo shall be securely fixed on each Pole complete with transportation, T&P and labour charges as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Supply of all materials, labour, T&P and transporation for providing earth work, filling in foundation with clean coarse river sand, RCC M-20 grade RCC foundation (1:2:4) with nominal reinforcement for lighting poles, including provision of two numbers flexible PVC pipes of suitable diameter inserted within the RCC foundation for cable entry, complete with supply and fixing of anchor / tor rods, excavation in all kinds of soil, shuttering, concreting, backfilling, curing and all associated works etc. all complete as per the OPWD specification & direction of Engineer in charge. Erection of 3 mtr long decorative pole with the help of suitable tools and tackles & wiring, connection of luminaries with all wiring materials & labouretc as required direction of Engineer in charge.

Supply, fitting and fixing of Coil Earthing etc. complete with transportation, T&P and labour charges as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying of 3 core x 6 sq mm PVC insulated PVC sheathed armoured Undarground aluminum cable for interconnection of power supply for the 3 mtr long single arm Decorative Poles to Pole including cost of materils, labour, T&P and transportation etc. complete as per direction of the Engineerir-in-charge. (Make of wire - Finolex / Polycab / L&T / Anchor / Havels / V Guard)

Supply and laying of 1½" OD HDPE Pipe for laying of cable under 700mm (depth may vary as per side condtion) including cost of materials, labour, T&P and transportation as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. For Laying of cable for power supply from LT Pole to outdoor Feeder Panel and Pole to Pole interconnection of road for the 3 mtr long Decorative Poles as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches in all kinds of soil including ordinary soil, hard soil or gravelly soil, stoney earth & gravel mixed with slushy soil (in water up to 0.6m depth requiring the aid of pans & vessels) including dressing, leveling the bed up to required depth & within initial lead of 50mtrs & 1.5mtrs initial lift etc. complete including cost of all labour charges, T&P required for the work & as per direction of Engineer in charge. 1 x 180 Mtrs. x 0.15 Mtrs.x 0.15 Mtrs. = 4.05 cum.

Providing and laying un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement with (1:1½:3) using 12 mm size crusher broken hard granite chips including hoisting, lowering, laying, watering, curring etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 1 x 180 Mtrs. x 0.15 Mtrs.x 0.15 Mtrs. = 4.05 cum.

Supply and drawing of 3 core x 1.5 sq.mm. FR PVC insulated multistrand Copper Flexible Cable of the pole (i.e. at the bottom Section of the pole) to the Fitting which will be fixed at the top of the Post-top Light as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
