Providing and Fixing of 82.5KVA DG Set and other Allied Electrical items for CETP at IE Rangreth

Providing, Installing, Testing and Commissioning, loading and unloading of Silent Type/Canopy type Diesel Generating & and consisting of the following : Diesel Engine:- 82.5 Kva Diesel Engine, 3 cylinder, liquid cooled, Turbocharged, intercooled, developing 35.1 H.P at 1500 RPM. This is electric start, compression ignition, 4 stroke engine designed to run continuously @1500 RPM. The Diesel engine conforms to present CPCB IV+ NORM. The diesel engine comprise of following:- • Electric starter motor with soft starting system • Electronic Governor(G3 as per ISO 8528 part v class governor) • Battery charging alternator • Dry type Air cleaner with service indicator • CRDI System • Lube oil &Fuel filter • DOC,, EGR • First fill of lube oil &coolant • 1x12v DC battery (90 AH) • AC Charger including all accessories items for charging of the battery on OFF mode. • Including necessary required cables for connections with the Panel. ALTERNATOR: Leroy Somer (LS)/Crompton, Greaves(CGL) other equivalent (at our option) make 30 Kva Alternator, suitable for continuous operation rated at 1500 RPM 415 Volt,0.80pf,50.00 Hz, Three phase in SPDP enclosure, self-excited, self-regulated Brush less, floor mounted. The alternator conforms to IS: 4722, BS EN 60034-1 & will be suitable for tropical condition. ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE: • The Enclosure is of modular construction; • Durable industrial locking system is provided on doors. • The sheet metal components are pre-treated and are polyester based powder coated (inside as well as outside) for long life. • Specially designed sound attenuator are provided to control sound at air entry and exit points inside the enclosure. • The walls of enclosure are insulated with the fire-retardant & noise absorbent PU foam so as to comply with the noise level of 75 db (A) at distance of 1 mtr. In open free field environment as per ISO 8528 part 10 specified by ministry of Environment & Forest. DG CONTROL PANEL WITH GENSET CONTROLLER:-

The AMF Control Panel is manufactured with 16/18 gauge CRCA sheet and is powder coated for a weather-proof and long lasting finish. The Control panel consists of Microprocessor based Gen-set controller, MCCB of suitable rating, key switch, push button (starter), LED: Battery charging alternator fail indication, current transformer, Instrument fuses. The Gen-set controller has all the basic safeties and protection. SILIENT FEATURES OF DG SET: • Compact size with Manual/Automatic starting system as per requirement. • Sound proof, weather proof enclosure. • Low vibration, best in class fuel consumption with electronic fuel injection system. • Class G3 Governing in its range, which gives better accuracy in decreasing the speed drop in transient and lowering the recovery time of the speed. • Low cost of service &spares. • Low operation cost • Confirms to statutory Govt. CPCB IV + emission & noise level norms • The Enclosure is of modular construction with the provision to assemble and dismantle easily. • The sheet metal components are pre-treated &are polyester based powder coated (inside as well as outside) for long life. • All Nuts-bolts, hardware are of Stainless Steel for longer life. • Battery is provided in a tray inside the enclosure. • Doors are gasketted with high quality EPDN gasket to avoid leakage of sound. • A special Residential silencer integrated with DOC is provided to control emission & exhaust noise. • Specially designed sound attenuators are provided to control sound at air entry & exit points inside the enclosure. • To make the system vibration free, engine and attenuators are mounted on specially designed anti- vibration pads mounted on base frame. • The enclosure is designed and layout of the equipment is such that there is easy access to all serviceable parts. • Adequate ventilation is provided to meet air requirement for combustion &heat removal. The silent DG features comes with following safety features: • High water temperature • Low lube oil pressure • Emergency stop push button outside the enclosure • DOC,EGR • Cold start feature (optional) • Specially designed standard control panel is mounted inside enclosure itself. • In –built draw in type fuel tank of 75 ltr. Capacity. • With UV resistant powder coating, can withstand extreme environments. The walls of the enclosure are insulated with the fire-retardants & noise absorbent PU foam so as to comply ISO 8528 part 10 specified by ministry of Environment & Forest  Fluid drains for lube oil and fuel  The old one may be shifted as per the instructions of site Engineer.

Earthing:- Earthing with copper earth plate 600mm x 600 mm x 300 thick including accessories, with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. using charcoal and salt and copper plate earth electrode as required along with providing and fixing of 25mm x 5mm copper strip in 40 mm size medium class GI pipe from earth electrode ground as required. Construction of RCC foundation for the above DG set in 1:2:4 grade with size of 3 mtr. Length 3 mtr. Width of approximate depth of 600 mm About 300 mm foundation height should be above ground level. The length and breadth of foundation should be at least 14” more than size of the enclosure as per the drawing.(Dismantling old foundation) Construction of GC sheet roofing of suitable gauge, (24G) placed on MS angle simple truss structure of (2” x 2” x 6mm thick) and MS pipe of size 4” with steel j hooks. The length and breadth of GC sheet roofing should be at least 2 Feet more than the size of the enclosure as per the drawing .The sides should be provided with iron wire mesh with Angle Iron support on sides having double door on one side

P/F of 185 Sq. mm 3.5 core XLPE armoured cable., steel armoured cable 0.75M below ground including digging of trench 0.35M wide 0.75 M depth , providing of Double Wall corrugated(DWC) 75 mm made of HDPE material pipe for cable protection.
