Material and Labour for roughening the surface of existing concrete floor by picking, hacking or scabbling the surface sufficiently to remove the laitance, weak/loose material and to provide a clean, sound and adequately roughened surface for receiving subsequent flooring, screed, topping or other specified treatment complete all as specified.

Material and labour for providing Double charge vitrified coloured tiles (approved light shade), area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, having thickness not less than 8mm, premium quality having water absorption less than 0.08%, straight edge, stain free, glossy finish, square marbonite, laid as in floors and skirting, set and jointed using type-2 adhesive (thin bed) confirming to IS-15477:2019, fixed the tile using spacer 3mm or as per manufacturer’s instruction and joint filled with epoxy grout matching with the colour of tiles including necessary cutting as per site requirement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes in soft/loose soil n. exc 0.50 cum each, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc 25 cm including removing of surplus spoil to a distance n exc 50 mtr and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for surface dressing of ground/soil to an average depth not exceeding 15 cm, including all operations necessary to prepare the existing surface to the required levels, lines, grades and profile, complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing and laying PCC 1:3:6 Type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete for post holes, including mixing, laying, compacting, finishing and curing, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for structural steel work in tubular trusses using MS tubes, including special-shaped washers, ERW or induction butt-welded tubes conforming to IS 1161:1979 Grade St-240, including cutting, fabrication, welding, bolting, erection, alignment, fixing and all necessary accessories, complete as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for structural steel work for roof trusses/framed trusses, purlins, crane gantries, crane rails and associated steelwork, including MS plates, bolts, nuts, washers, hollow sections, beams, angles, tees, channels, bracings, cleats, stiffeners and all necessary fastenings, including cutting, drilling, fabrication, welding, assembly, erection, fixing and alignment, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating mass 150AZ corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa coating mass in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Material test certificate and authentication should be provided by the manufacturing company.

Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating mass 150AZ plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa coating mass in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Material test certificate and authentication should be provided by the manufacturing company.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) of approved tint/colour over a coat of red oxide primer with using paint brush complete all as specified and as directed.
