Lump Sum Remuneration for Consultancy Services for complete design consultancy services of comprehensive feasible study for provision of underpass including skywalk as below and as per scope included in the subject consultancy tender:- (i) work out the best option for the underpass meeting the user’s requirement without affecting the façade of Thal Sena Bhawan, (ii) preparation of its BOQ after preliminary design, (iii) lighting and security (CCTV) system along Parade Road including inside the underpass, (iv) ventilation, drainage and pumping system, (v) preparing a plan for landscaping, street art, footpath, bus stand, cycle stand, cycle track etc along northern periphery of Thal Sena Bhawan along Parade Road on either side, (vi) identifying the inescapable tree cutting required and prepare all requisite documents as required for the tree cutting, transplantation and compensatory plantation including tree conservation plan as per existing tree transplantation policy 2020 of Govt of NCT New Delhi, (vii) carrying out all liaison with the agencies to help dept in obtaining the necessary NOC and permission from forest department or from any state/ central govt agency or any other agency as applicable, (viii) shall liaison and help dept in obtaining any other permissions or NOCs from the concerned State & central govt agencies like AAI, NHAI, MCD or any other agency as the case may be, (ix) identify all the overground and underground civil and military utilities and plan their alternate alignment and shifting, carrying out all liaison with the agencies to help dept in obtaining the necessary NOC from concerned State a& Central govt agencies, (x) various options for maintenance of underpass after construction, (xi) Topographical Survey of the area linking it with existing survey of the Thal Sena Bhawan, (xii) Traffic Study analysis of parade road, (xiii) work out the best option for the skywalk meeting the user’s requirement without affecting the façade of Thal Sena Bhawan, (xiv) preparation of its BOQ after preliminary design, (xv) Skywalk to include escalators, lifts, staircase on both ends and travelator on top enclosed with glass capsule with air conditioning facilities, (xvi) requisite E/M facilities including solar system for lighting, security (CCTV), access-controlled entry/exit, etc, (xvii) identifying the inescapable tree cutting required and prepare all requisite documents as required for the tree cutting, transplantation and compensatory plantation including tree conservation plan as per existing tree transplantation policy 2020 of Govt of NCT New Delhi, (xviii) carrying out all liaison with the agencies to help dept in obtaining the necessary NOC and permission from forest department or from any state/ central govt agency or any other agency as applicable, shall liaison and help dept in obtaining any other permissions or NOCs from the concerned State & central govt agencies like AAI, NHAI, MCD or any other agency as the case may be, (xix) various options for maintenance of skywalk after construction, etc
