Dismantling the damaged portion in RCC beams, columns and ceiling without affecting the adjacent structure in all floors including the cost of required tools and plants and cleaning the debris from the site with an initial lead of 100mts away from the building.

Application of a bonding coat by using cement slurry added with polymer additive CERA POLYMER LATEX over the exposed RCC surface or brick surface as per manufacturers mix and application specification.

Providing cement plastering 1:3 over the dismantled RCC portion upto a thickness 15-20mm with cement mortar admixed with CERA MICRO SEAL@ 500GMS PER BAG OF CEMENT. The rate quoted includes cost of sand and admixture but excludes the cost of cement and providing scaffolding.
