1 Detailed Survey, Engineering Design and Preparation of Drawings for Munger Water Supply Scheme Job 1
2 Complete design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, transportation, installation, testing and commissioning of the proposed 15 m × 10 m Floating Jetty.
The proposed floating jetty shall include all necessary components and accessories required for a complete and operational system, including but not limited to:
Installation, testing and commissioning at site.
Floating pontoon/jetty structure with adequate buoyancy and stability.
Decking system suitable for the proposed application.
Mooring and anchoring arrangement suitable for the Ganga River conditions.
Gangway/access arrangement.
Handrails and safety arrangements.
Fenders, cleats/bollards and other marine accessories.
Access ladder and other required safety equipment.
Transportation of the complete system up to Munger, Bihar.
Detailed design calculations, drawings and technical specifications.
Inspection/certification, wherever applicable.
Warranty and maintenance requirements.

The proposed floating jetty shall include all necessary components and accessories required for a complete and operational system, including but not limited to:
Installation, testing and commissioning at site.

4 The proposed system shall include centralized monitoring and supervisory control of Intake Works, Raw Water Pumping System, WTP process units, clear water pumping stations, CWR/GLSR, OHT/ESR and other remote water supply installations, together with PLC/RTU based field automation, remote telemetry units, industrial communication gateways, IoT-enabled data acquisition, online flow/pressure/level monitoring, water-quality parameter monitoring, pump and motor status monitoring, energy and equipment parameter acquisition, automatic alarm/event management, historical data logging, trend analysis, MIS and operational reporting, centralized SCADA application, redundant communication architecture, control room servers and operator consoles, large display system, industrial network infrastructure, fiber-optic and wireless communication, 4G/5G telemetry connectivity wherever required, network switches, routers, firewall and cybersecurity provisions, UPS and backup power arrangements, PLC/RTU panels, field interface panels, instrumentation, control and communication cabling, integration with MCC/VFD/electrical protection systems, development of graphical process mimic screens, database and reporting platform, user management, system configuration, FAT/SAT, field installation, testing, commissioning, operator training, documentation and one-year post-commissioning support for the complete system. 2 Job
5 The renovation work of the 14MLD existing Water Treatment Plant (WTP) shall include all necessary repairs, rehabilitation, replacement, upgrading, and restoration works required to bring the plant to a fully functional, safe, hygienic, and efficient operating condition. The scope shall cover dismantling and removal of damaged, deteriorated, obsolete, or non-functional components; civil repairs; structural rehabilitation; replastering; waterproofing; painting; crack repair; leak sealing; and replacement of damaged piping, valves, fittings, flanges, handrails, gratings, platforms, and all other appurtenances found defective during execution. Further, all units, equipment, structures, and services including, but not limited to, clariflocculators, flash mixers, flocculators, settling tanks, filters, backwash systems, chemical dosing systems, pump rooms, raw water and clear water pipelines, scour arrangements, drainage lines, electrical installations, control systems, and associated mechanical and electrical components, which are damaged, corroded, deteriorated, or non-functional, shall be repaired, renovated, overhauled, or replaced as required to ensure satisfactory performance and reliable operation of the plant. Any damage caused during execution shall be made good by the contractor at his own cost to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 1 Job
6 The proposed renovation of the Over Head Water Tank shall comprise removal of deteriorated plaster, repair of cracks and seepage locations, replastering of damaged surfaces, waterproofing treatment, and rectification or replacement of damaged inlet, outlet, overflow, washout, vent, and other associated fittings. All damaged structural and non-structural components shall be repaired by the contractor at his own cost, and the tank shall be left watertight, hygienic, and fit for continued service.
