Supply, laying, jointing, commissioning and testing XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, armoured, heavy duty underground electric cable in replacement with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade confirming to IS-7098 (Part-I-1988) laid in trenches/ducts/wall / floor / pipes/ poles including cable glands and aluminium lugs of appropriate size, PVC sleeve etc including dismantling of old LT UG cables complete all as directed by Enginner in -Charge for following sizes . Supply and Erect in true vertical position , LT electric pole, Octogonal pole , hot deep galvanised in replacement with base plate of 220x220x12mm thick , 09 mtrs long , top dia 70mm , bottom dia 135 mm thickness of sheet - 3mm, including single arm GI bracket , inbuilt cable junction box with door , connection plate, MCB 6 A, duly connecting existing LT UG cable, cable lugs , work included necessary earth work and RCC foundation as per manufacturers recommendation complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Bajaj / Crompton Note: Earth work, PCC foundation, foundation bolts as per manufacturer recommendation included in the unit rate.

Supply and errect in vertical position Steel tubular swaged poles, type 410 SP- 31 (09 mtr long) in replacement with 300mm x 300mmx6mm mild steel plate continiusly welded to pole, final taper plug, bolts,nuts and screws and making holes as per requirement all as specified including factory painted with two coats of black bituminous paint internally through out and externally for embeded portion and applying one coat fo red oxide primer, making 05 Nos strip each 30 cm high with super enamel paint ( Black and yellow) from ground level / coping upto 1.5 m, painting with two coats of aluminium paint for the remaning height complete all as specified and directed. Note :- PCC in foundation, copping, excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items of sch.

M & L in replacement Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cmx6 mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below ground level , connected to 32x6 mm GI strip as earthling lead by means blots and nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and connected to main switch board including watering arrangement with PCC chamber , MS funnel, wire gauge. CI cover with frame , 50 MM dia GI pipe light grade for protection of wire/strip etc including necessary excavation in any type of strata , returning, filling removal of soil outside MD land ,filling of charcoal and salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Sch Part I , connected to Earthing test point all as specified and directed on testing on completion.

M&L for cleaning of MES electric supply installations/campus by surface dressing or trimming of natural ground to remove small unequalities not exc 15 cm deep (including removing vegetation/ shrubs/brush wood/under growth) and carrying away the rubbish to a distance of not exc 50 mtr away complete at an interval of every 30 days for the various sub stations. Note: Spray of herbsite deemed included in quoted rate.

Decarbonizing of LT indoor/outdoor Panel/feeder pillar box any type removing unserviceable MCCBs, burnt busbars, unserviceable indicator lamps, unserviceable Ammeter, unserviceable Volt meter , replacing burnt, damaged bus bar of any size and fixing proper hanging front and rear openings, welding of hinges including welding of brokieng MS sheet using extra sheets replace burnt thimbles with new existing size thimbles replacing with new MCCB, incluidng dismantling the existing connected cables and re-connecting the same cables complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- charge. Note : MCCBs,Bus bars,indicator lamps,Ammeter, Volt meter, will be measured & paid separately as supply only .

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation of poles stays laying of electric cables, pipes etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 7 but in hard/dense soil.

Removing excavated material soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for riddled earth for cushioning to under ground electric cable including spreading , levelling and hand punning complete all as directed. Note - Punned thickness shall only be measured & paid .

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover LV, Type I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm for Under ground cable all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying GI tubes light grade, galvanized, 40 mm bore in repair, laid in trenches or under floor or fixed with poles/walls for protection of electric cable all as directed

Dismantling of old unserviceable rusted two pole/four pole structure from the site carefully with the help of gas cutters and suitable T&P arrangements and shifting the material to the MES store of GE (MH&RH) Khadki properly with the help of Crane/Hydra. The structures should be dismantled by disconnecting the old electric connections and dismantling the MS supports, old GOD/DO's and LA's , proper care should be taken while dismantling the two/four pole structure so that it can not damage the nearby electricals panels, RMU's/Transformers and making good the damaged surface of the hard standing/surrounding areas complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Quoted rates is to be inclusive of T&P charges of Crane/Hydra , ropes, JCB, Gas cutter and labours. (ii) All safety measures should be taken into account while completing the job done. (iii) Any loss or damage to the govt property made during execution of the job will be make good by the contractor itself at his own cost. (iv) The rates are inclusive of transportation of dismantled two pole/four pole structure and its connected materials from the existing site to the store yard of AGE E/M (West) Khadki.
