Disconnecting the electric connections of submersible pumping set of capacity of 10 HP from panel board and taking down complete pump set with electric motor and column pipes manually/mechanically, dismantling pump from motor reconditioning the pump set and lowering after repairs as mentioned here in after all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE:- The parts to be replaced and repairs as required and ordered by Engineer-in-Charge shall be paid separately under respective items here in after

Transportation the submerssible pumping set from pump house to workshop and back, dismantling the pump and replacing unserviceable parts i.e impellors, bushes, sleeves, shaft and neck ring, rubber bushes etc. bringing back to site duly painted with anti corrosive paint all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE: Spares such as impellors, shaft , bushes, thrust plates, sleeves, neck ring, rubber bushes etc. will be paid under respective items. However the cost of fixing the spares and other machine works required to be done including rates quoted by the contractor.

Material & labour for rewinding the submersible electric motor of capacity 3 phase, 10 HP 400/415 volts 50 c/s by opening the motor removing all burnt coils, cleaning the slots and rewinding the same with PVC insulated copper wire of existing gauge including providing bamboo pieces for locking the slots and reassembling , testing and commissioning of electric motor on full load for 8 hours continuous running.

Supply only Gun metal / bronze Impellors suitable for 40 HP submersible pumping set.

Supply only MS studs, nuts, bolts, washers for submersible pumping set of required size for column pipes.

Supply only Thrust plate suitable for 40 HP submersible pumping set.

Supply and replacement of Rubber gasket for MS flanges 150 mm bore.
