Dismantling, repair, re-installation and commissioning of 05 Nos. Sluice valves of diameter 400mm in hopper Chamber

A) Dismantling of 05 Nos. R-I, R-II, R-III, R-IV, R-V damaged Sluice Valve of diameter 400 mm by means of using welding, cutting, turning, grinding. After that manual carriage of Sluice Valves from Chamber to road head, thereafter carriage to works. B) Repair and overhauling of 05 Nos. R-I, R-II, R-III, R-IV, R-Vdamaged Sluice Valve of 400 mm diameter including, dismantling, making eroded surface of complete inside body of Valve by turning and then making the same with cast steel welding, re-erecting the same after replacement of the wedge ring set, Seal ring Set, Valve Spindle, Gland Packing, and reassembling by replacing all the H.T. Nuts and Bolts, washers and rubber packing. C) Designing, manufacturing and providing ball bearing mechanical mechanism in 05 Nos. Sluice Valve i.e.R-I, R-II, R-III, R-IV, R-Vby means of cutting, welding, turning, grinding & Machining of wheel steering spindle, replacement of ball bearing and other damaged parts. D) Finally 05 No’s Sluice Valves to be successfully commissioned at weir site Kafnoo of 3x40MW Bhaba Power House on full water pressure of hoppers or to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge.
