Supply of 9 mtrs. high GI Octogonal continuously tapered galvanised street light pole with minimum 1.5 M long decorative type double arm GI bracket for installation of LED street light luminaire suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 (but not less than 50 m/sec.), fabricated out of 3 mm MS plate in single section, suitable for installation on a precast foundation, rigid flange plate (260x260x16mm min.) welded with the base of pole for fixing on foundation bolts complete as reqd. for structural stability as specified, weather proof and vandal resistant door flush with the exterior surface containing a terminal plate of 5 mm thick baklite sheet with 40 Amp heavy duty connector for loop in loop out cable terminations suitable for upto two numbers 4 core 25 Sq.mm cables & 6A SP MCB for fixture connections, Earthing bolts for continuous earth connection complete as required & as specified.

Installation of 9 Mtr.high G.I.Octogonal street light pole & double arm bracket with all accessories in M20 grade RCC foundation having nominal size 600mmx600mmx1700mm in all type of soil/Hard rock / gravel including providing and fixing of template & 4 nos of 24mm X 750mm 'J' bolts ,nuts, washers etc. The job also includes providing and fixing of DWC HDPE pipe of size 50 mm dia (2 pieces of min. 0.75 m length) in the foundation for loop-in-loop-out of the cable , numbering the poles, excavation and refilling complete as required and specified.

Installation, testing and commissioning of LED street light fittings with all accessories on existing double arm street light pole of 9 mtr height with brackets, including supplying and drawing of 3core 2.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible copper conductor cable from loop-in-loop-out box upto the individual streetlight fitting(s), connection etc. complete as required & as specified. ( one job contains installation of 2nos of street light fittings)

SITC of cubicle type totally enclosed free standing, dust free, damp & vermin proof outdoor double door feeder pillar box along with slanting roof having minimum IP65 protection, fabricated with 14SWG CR CA sheet, duly powder coated including supply and fixing of switch gears interconnection, wiring with suitable wires including making suitable foundation for feeder pillar box with the following. Incomer:- i) 1 no. 100A, 36KA FP MCCB having thermal magnetic release with rotary handle with spreader terminlas with 40A, 3P contactor and (0-24 hrs) Analog timer. ii) Aluminium busbar of 200A rating. iii) LED Type Indicating Lamps(ON & OFF ) with control MCBs and Digital Multifunction meter, CTs with all accessories - 1 Set. Laying of 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal) DWC HDPE pipe /50mm dia GI Pipe direct in ground (35 cm below ground level) in all type of soil/ hard rock / gravel / bitumen road including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. , complete as required.

Laying of 50 mm dia GI pipe below 0.50 mtr, Across road including cutting bituminous road and re-filling with concrete/ bitumin as per direction of engineering -in-charge and making it to original finish etc complete as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. (but with charcoal/ coke and salt ) as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Excavation work in hard rock by mechanical or manual means in Foundation / cable trenches upto 100cm depth including getting out the excavated materials, and disposal of the same as directed by EIC.

Drilling suitable horizontal bore across road pavement and supplying & inserting 110mm dia HDPE pipe in the bore along with required fittings including providing pulling rope through the pipe.
