Opening out cracks, removing the loose material. Filling with polymer modified mortar and applying two coats of cross link polymer Ru-flex WG. Ru-flux WG to be mixed with cement and water in 1:0.9::0.10 ratio where 1 part Ru-flex, 0.9 part cement & 0.10 part water thoroughly mixed to form a brushable slurry and applied with a regular paint brush ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for rendering 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (15 mm thick backing coat and 5mm thick finishing coat) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including finished even and smooth without using extra cement with using water proofing compound (water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately) ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound. ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered surfaces of stone wall and applying two coats of acrylic weather coat exterior paint over a coat of weather coat primer with camouflage pattern with spray painting ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Painting surface may not be directly accessible due to some obstructions, Hence quoted rates shall be including necessary scaffholding.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on brick or concrete wall , washing down wth bio wash and cleaning the surface from all loose dirt chalk greese fungi, algai flakes and applying two coats of acrylic paint weather proof exterior grade over a coat of weather coat primer with camouflage pattern ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Preparation of old treated brick or concrete wall, cleaning the surface from all loose dirt chalk greese fungi, algai flakes and applying one coats of acrylic paint weather proof exterior grade with camouflage pattern complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. Note: Painting surface may not be directly accessible due to some obstructions, Hence qoated rates shall include necessary scaffholding and spray for painting etc.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on stone masonry wall and applying one coats of acrylic paint weather proof exterior grade with camouflage pattern,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of Old steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and apply one coats of synthetic enamel paint ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling/removing existing fencing wire mesh, concertina coil fixed with staples to angle iron posts along the boundary wall, and refix the same in the existing position ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note : Pl note existing Fencing wire mesh/concertina coil shall be remove carefully without any damge, otherwise same shall be refix by contractor without any extra cost)

Dismantling/removing existing galvanised barbed wire for restraining, re-fixing and resecuring including making good staples etc., fixing to any type of standard rails with straining bolt ,securing or tying at crossing and provision of galvanised M.S wire stapes or steel pins, etc (each line of wire shall be measured as 1RM length) ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.(Note : Pl note existing galvanised barbed wire shall be remove carefully without any damge, otherwise same shall be refix by contractor without any extra cost)

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position provided as in roof padding, roof curb etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - (a) Demolition should be done carefully to roof slab. (b) Any damage occurred in the roof surfaces during demolition shall be made good by the contractor without extra cost to the department. (c) Disposal of debris/retrieved materials shall be thrown out of site at place as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Ditto same as per Srl Item No 12.00 above but for reinforced cement concrete

M&L for Brushing neat cement slurry with 3 kg of cement per sqm,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for providing plain cement concrete type B- 1, (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding , in roofkerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges laid in slope as per requirement mixed with integral water proofing liquid admixture as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Minimum thickness of PCC shall be 50mm. (ii) Integral water proofing liquid admixture shall be measured and paid separately under relevent item of Sch A.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in Cement mortor (1:4) on concrete roof top and chajjas surface finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) to get uniform level surface for laying of membrane treatement,using integral water proofing compound (water proofing compound will be paid seperately) ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry and 1:1 ( by weight) ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down carefully existing bitumen tar felt including coba,plaster of any description over the surface of roof, terraces including flashings and junctions of parapet/curb walls etc and removing of the rubbish to a distance exceeding 500m but nexc 1.00km and depositing where directed ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment with APP based standard membrane minimum 3mm thick over PCC padding in roof with the following courses of treatment for:- (a) Apply bituminous primer (IS 3384) @ 0.40 Lit per sqm of the surface area including cleaning the surfaces complete all as specified. (b) Apply APP plastomeric bitumen based mineral finished water proofing membrane polyester reinforced (3Kg/Sqm) with 10cm over laps and torch bonded at joints including surface preparation before and after application of treatment as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified. (c) Over the membrane provide a solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.1 Lit/sqm prescribed by manufacturer complete all as specified.

Disconnecting existing PVC water tanks of any description of capacity exc 250 & n exc500 litre setting aside for repairs ,work over roof slab and hoisting if required, reconnecting and refixing in position, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting existing PVC water tanks of any description of capacity exc 500 &n exc1000 litre setting aside for repairs ,work over roof slab and hoisting if required, reconnecting and refixing in position , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (squre or rectangle) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exce 0.11 Sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM(1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm / 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and included 10mm thick bedding layer/ backing coat in CM 1:6 and pointed in white or colour cement to match complete all as specified as directed by engineer-in-charge

M&L orrisa pattern viterious china ware white glazed WC 580x440mm with integral foot rest and fix salt glazed stoneware traps "P" type with 100 mm bore of pipe fixed in repairs setting the trap and pan in 150mm thick all around lime concrete (1 lime : 2 sand) including taking down old trapfixed in repairs.

S&F in repair Vitreous China wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white including, seat and cover, connection to trap, and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe, etc. complete including making good to floor (excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe) complete all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Materials & labour for water proofing treatment to sunkun floors with the following courses of treatment :- (a) Apply first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with acrylic polymer modified cementitous composite compounds @ 0.126 kg/sqm all as specified. (b) Apply second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with acrylic polymer modified cementitous composite compounds @ 0.253 kg/sqm including cleaning the surfaces and all as specified. (c) Apply 200 micron thick polythene film pasted with the help of adhesives shall be provided over treatment all as specified. Note :- The slope of slab shall be 1:20 towards the corner of outer walls and GI pipe of 50mm dia (medium grade) be inserted at corner projecting out side 10 cm which should be measured and paid separately,

Dismantling water tank capacity exc 500 and n exc 1000 ltr and removing to store , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F for Hoisting and Fixing Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of 1000 liters capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I
