Cleaning of the ACW discharge pipeline area trench by removing the platform grill, muddy substance evacuation and dewatering the stagnant water in the trench to facilitate the work.
Dismantling of existing deteoriated 800NB & 700NB MS ERW pipeline by gas cutting the wornout bolts.
Providing temporary lifting structure to lift the deteoriated 800NB pipeline and erection of newly fabricated pipeline in position.
Fabrication of 1 No. MS reducer size 900/800 from the pipeline by cutting the pipeline and welding for the required size to from a reducer.
Fabrication of 1 Nos. MS reducer size 900/700 from the pipeline by cutting the pipelines and welding for the required size to from a reducer.
Fabrication of MS 800NB Flanges by cutting drilling holes as per the standards.
Fabrication of MS 700NB Flanges by cutting drilling holes as per the standards.
Charges for MS welding in Flanges and pipeline by positioning and welding (1 running joint =80mm approximately)
Erection of Newly fabricated 900NB pipeline with 02 No reducer of ACW discharge line in position and tightening the bolts.
Reassembling of platform grill portion by welding the structure material and placing the grill portion in proper manner.
Charges for transporting the new pipeline and devolute the deteoriated pipelines and all the released scrap (pipe, reducer etc.
